We come to this Mc Donald's once in a while . Even If it's just for something sweet or food. Never had a issue or problems everything is great. But when we last went recently we ordered our food we went to go sit down. When they called our number, our order was in a bag for take out. We didn't say it was going to be to go. We were eating and my husband wanted a refill and they said that they don't give anymore refills anymore. If I wanted another drink I would need to pay again....read full review

when using the kiosk,why does the app not automatically pay for the order they way it does when you go through the drive through?. Frustrating to have to get the app on your phone, then get directed to a cadhier to pay. what us the purpose of the Kiosk than? Cutting staff? Quicker in store time?
