For a fast food place it's not bad. Food is a expected. The place is usually clean. On occasion, the trash can will be overflowing.

I visited this location around 9:00 PM and wanted to recognize the manager on duty. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she demonstrated some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time.
During a challenging customer interaction, she remained calm, professional, patient, and respectful throughout. She listened carefully, acknowledged concerns, and handled the situation with a level of composure that was genuinely impressive.
