Came to Panda Express, thinking that it was going to be better quality then the regular Chinese food. They serve a black looking chow mein, with a nasty taste, propably using the same oil for the longer than what is supposed to, will def not be coming back to this junk.

Don’t try walking here, the front door apparently doesn’t work so you must enter through the car park. So much for Pasadena being walking city. Also, if you do a mobile order, you’ll probably get a text that it’s done well before it actually is complete.

It's fast casual food, however it was fresh and tasty. Service was prompt and polite. Everything was clean. Pleasant experience. Will return.

It was so bad. I have been to many pandas around the states and no problem. But this one is disgusting. Food was disgusting. Forgot parts of the order and was so late food was cold.. it's unfortunate

Rating for food take out only, using online ordering. Service is usually good with little wait since you skip the usual service line to check out. Orders have been prepared as ordered every time with appropriate packaging and utensils.Parking: Very limited free parking lot in back. Larger paid lot behind that.

I had super low expectations based on my experiences in the east coast but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know if all (west coast) panda locations are like this but the service was great, the food was fresh, and they have craft drinks! I got the plate which came with 2 entrees and a side. I went with chow mein, honey sesame chicken, and eggplant. What impressed me the most was that they were refilling the options constantly and if it was running low, they gave the option to wait for the new batch which was already on the way.I'm not much of a fast food Chinese American eater but this will definitely be a location to add to the books if I'm in the area shopping and starving.

Food was good, Service a but slow for lunch rush hour. Portions are smaller during lunch however, the prices are the same. Would not recommend this location during lunch hours. You will not get your monies worth.

Overall a good experience from this Panda!I stopped by for lunch after doing some shopping nearby and thankfully it wasn't busy at all. The parking lot in the back leads directly into the restaurant which is convenient bc finding parking on Lake is... not happening lol.Service was great I was greeted as soon as I walked. In. I ordered steamed rice with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The orange Chicken was very good as per usual, but the the shrimp and rice were a little under and over cooked for my liking. I still enjoyed my meal though!

Nice people and delicious food, although there were a few small nats flying by the tables.
