“A little pricey for what you get. Dude at the cashier is not friendly what so ever. After I paid for my to go order, the receipt printed out and he was standing there waiting for me to add a tip. Personally, if you want a tip, be polite and friendly. And I believe tips should be given if the service is great or if someone eats in and they have to clean up after them. “This place is pretty good as far as hot chicken goes. It's not the best but it's decent, I've ordered from here plenty of times. But Rays is still at the top. They don't really have much of a space for sitting in and dining. So if you want to eat you need to go down one of the nearby alleyways and sit at the tables there.“

“Love this tiny hole in the wall . Mom and pops vibe . Amazing sandwiches . I can tell it's hand shredded to great detail . Perfect ration of garlic sauce , pickles and tomatoes . I called in my order shortly before copse . I get a call from a lady asking if I was coming before close . I was like hell ya . Like I would leave this sandwich to waste lmao . Walked in 5 min before close . Told the husband i am here for my late lunch . He explained to me the reason she wanted to know if I was coming was they pick up their kid after close . Say less . “My first visit to this location. They ran out of menus, cups, and didn't have any desserts. I decided to try the chicken chili cheese fries. On the menu he had the option to add cut pieces of chicken on top for an additional fee. I opt out of the chicken on top just wanted chili and cheese. When my food arrived they put the chicken on top instead of sending it back I just tried it. The fries where okay I removed the chicken off the top because it just didn't taste right to me. I would have to try them again with extra cheese because they where sort of skimpy with the cheese. Their sunset drink is good though. No refills on specialty drinks so be prepared to pay.“
“That food was soooo freaking good. Yes, go. My mom sent me back the next day too?. The fried catfish was excellent & the chicken was delicious ? I do not make this review lightly because I frequent high-end reatruants...but when the food is this good, I'm going to say so...keep up the good work!!“
“Seriously the greatest roast chicken I've ever had in my life. I usually am pretty squeamish in regards to eating around the bones, cartilage, etc, but this chicken (and the 32 spices seasoning) had me going to town. Absolutely addicting. As for the service, it is run by a lovely couple with a no nonsense attitude. When asking for recommendations, the man simple replied "they're all good," and after eating the #2 I wouldn't be surprised. Give it a shot, and see for yourself!“
“I just had the BEST fast food meal I have ever eaten. Please don't tell anybody about this, I don't want these nice folks to be overwhelmed because of this review. Generally we get fried chicken and my wife did again last night. I went out on a limb and tried the Louisiana Gumbo, it was AMAZING, so tasty, huge shrimp, lots of sausage and chicken. I ate almost the whole quart serving by myself. It comes with rice and was just outstanding. I urge you to give it a try.“
