“The family and I decided to stop by and grab Mediterranean food and my husband brought me by his spot he has been going to for 1 yeah or+ years. Upon entering you get greeted by the sweetest owner and staff. The menu is quite extensive and has variety of things from kabob plates to wraps; then burgers and vegetarian options. I ended up getting the lamb and beef kabob plate with hummus and rice. I also got a side of falafel and some fries to share with the family. The hubby got the beef kabob plate and we shared with the girls. Portions were quite filling and more then enough for our family , hummus was so good. Everything is fresh and house made to the sauces that come with it. The garlic being some of my favorite. This family owned place serves really good food and made sure the family was fed and happy. Definitely recommend and absolutely coming back.“

“I finally had the opportunity to go to Chef Mei Lin’s restaurant creation, daybird! Although she’s stepped away from the day-to-day, I still needed to try and I’m glad I did! The Sichuan Hot Chicken Sando was great!! I got mine as a mild-level spice but even with that there’s still some heat. The fries are a must too and you have to go with the milk tea or the mango lemonade. If I lived here, I’d be back!! Big portions of chicken.“

It’s either via DoorDash or GrubHub who ever offers the most Discount that week ;) unless I’m in the area I’ll pick it up. Personally if it was my wish or hope I would replace them with all of Dave’s. I’m surprised they only have 2 locations. The sandwich burst with flavor and most recently Im addicted to the Burrito. I normally go to the Pico Union one but this one has easier parking and more seating. They also have more selection but I've never gotten anything but the chicken. “Great food it’s just that my delivery person was too lazy to enter my apartment door code and keeps saying it’s not listed and he’s waiting there and he’s supposed to come up to my apartment door and leave food at the door of my unit and after a while my food was yet delivered where I wanted it except it was placed closer to the unit door next door and not the best photo and placing of the item and I had to put on my clothes to get out of my unit and next thing that I see is the bag of my food and delivery driver supposedly touched a bit of my food and the Brussel sprouts are burnt and not edible and they gave me flour tortillas with corn tortillas and corn is what the site automatically set it to“

“Wow. Woodfire rotisserie chicken that can't be beat. So juicy and so much flavor!

They have a special on Mondays for a whole chicken two large sides with some tortillas and all the sauces.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It felt like I've been going there for years even though it was my first time.

You might want to get yourself an extra side of mac and cheese!

The sign outside says drive-thru they do not have a drive-thru, but they do have on-site parking and the food does not take very long.

If you order a whole chicken they will give it to you all cut up so it's perfect if you want to take it to the park or don't like/know how to carve a chicken.

But they have a very cute little outdoor patio and some seating inside, so don't hesitate to go with your family and friends!
