Pollo A La Brasa Reviews
I’ve been eating at this place before 1987. I used to take my children here for dinner or lunch on Saturdays. My children are grown and are raising their families now. I am in my Senior years now and moved from that area. However, I still go over there to eat on Saturdays every now and then. One thing I can share with you, is the recipe has never changed. 😎😎

i work at a construction site right across the street and this place is da bomb! It is Peruvian food and this chicken is so juicy and those spices they use make it a go to place for me and our entire construction crew!!

Pollo A La Brasa is a must-visit restaurant that offers the best grilled chicken in town, smoked like a barbecue grill. The restaurant provides authentic Peruvian grilled chicken flavor that is crispy, warm, and juicy, seasoned with ingredients from the country of the Incas. The flavor has remained consistent over the years, with the recipe never changing. Visitors can see the delicious chickens in the wood-fired oven, which makes the place look tempting enough to want to buy everything and take it home. Despite limited parking, it's worth the wait, especially during peak hours. To avoid the crowd, calling ahead to place an order is suggested. The venue is small, and wait times can be long depending on the time of day, so takeout is recommended. The chicken has a smoky flavor and is super tender, and the aroma can be smelled all the way down the block. The food is delicious and at a good price, with the main focus being the rotisserie chicken.
