Best hwe dup bap (회덮밥) I've had in a while. Almost as good as mama makes. Not many places even have this dish anymore, but it's quite a specialty here. You see the older OG Koreans in the restaurant so you know it's good. And I didn't get sick afterwards!
Our family has been coming here for 10+ years so I will remain a faithful follower. Only recently have I brought a few friends here. In a Korean style restaurant like this, you just need to know 3 things. How fresh is the sashimi (how they slice/texture), quality of the extra side menu, and how delicious is the maeun-tang soup.Instead of multiple cheap fried side dishes, we were given abalone porridge, clam soup, salmon head, and a whole platter of fresh seafood. This restaurant checked off all 3 boxes and I recommend it if you want authentic Korean style seafood/sashimi.
