“One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’m visiting LA with my girl and her parents from France, we decided to come here and order a LA bag to share. We get the food and it was too spicy for my girl, owner Jake seen she stopped eating and had our server Michelle bring out an extra entree on the house for her. Jake came over afterward and talked to us for awhile, even ended up throwing an extra beer on the house in for my girl’s father. “5 Stars all around. The service and food were stellar. This is hands down the BEST seafood boil restaurant I’ve hand in LA. We found this place from Instagram and I had it saved as a “Want to Go” but I have just moved it to my favorites. We ordered the 4LB boil and got shrimp, scallops, snow crabs, sausage, corn and broccoli. This place was flavorful without being overly salty. My only knock is that it took a while to find a parking space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seafood boil. You will not waste your money here.“

“The signature dish is the crab in sauce, which comes in medium and large sizes. medium is two crabs with two bowls of rice, and large is three crabs. Compared with other Korean restaurants, the sauce crab taste is mild, and it will not be salty enough to explode in the middle of the meal and cannot continue to eat. The crab is fresh, not fishy, and the meat is firm, not squishy. The crab meat is also very full, the crab legs are full, there is no empty shell crab. The sea urchin rice is a little smaller but the sea urchin is enough. regular sea urchins are not particularly sweet, but they are fresh and worth the price. The sea urchin Rice bowl combo will be served with steamed eggs, runny eggs and two prawns in sauce. Raw marinated salmon rice is amazing to me. The salmon is marinated just enough to be flavorful, but not overly salty. The portions are generous. You can eat two bites of each piece of salmon.“

I just threw my birthday there with my closest girlfriends and their staff made the night so special. The food was incredible, the vibes were immaculate - always have an amazing time at L&E.“

“The inside decor and set up of this place is nice and comfortable. I took my dad here for his 90th bday because he loves oysters. I researched ADA access in advance and it seemed to accommodate but onsite it's very tight navigation. Tables and seats on the patio partially blocked the wheelchair access route. Some diners weren't pleasant or accommodating about moving. Also parking is difficult if busy. Very small shared lot and tight and limited street parking. We were fortunate because we had an early reservation but when we left cars were stacked on the adjacent street waiting for space. Physical mobility and parking loses this place a star. The food and service were otherwise good. Met our expectations. The prices are pricey but we knew that and didn't mind since it was for my dad's experience. It would be tough to make this a regular dining experience due to cost. Otherwise the shellfish was fresh, but their Cesar salad was a bit overdressed, the presentation was very good and 3 of us left feeling satisfied. Only bummer was my dad was not offered a bday treat, they don't really do that I guess.“

“Been coming to this location for years. Tried the other location on Washington but it’s NOT the same (I don’t recommend that one) the shrimp is absolutely delicious 😋 with gravy and the tacos, chili fries and teriyaki oh yeah and you have to try there orange bang. You won’t be disappointed.“

Perfectly seasoned lomo saltado with tender beef, fries soaking up that savory sauce, and fluffy rice on the side. Bright, fresh ají verde that actually has depth, not just heat and would be good on just about anything. Finished it off with plantains and a creamy Peruvian dessert that hit exactly right.

“Had an amazing experience with the Japanese seafood tasting menu at Corridor 109 in Ktown. Every course was beautifully presented and the seafood tasted incredibly fresh. You can really tell they focus on quality and letting the natural flavors shine.
Some of the standout bites for me were the sweet ebi, the incredibly flavorful horse mackerel toast, and the hotate, which was delicate and perfectly prepared. Each dish felt thoughtful and unique, and the pacing of the tasting menu made the whole experience feel relaxed and special.
The atmosphere is intimate and perfect for a fun night out or for anyone who loves great seafood. I’ll definitely be back! The chef and his team are amazing!“

“$3 fish tacos on wednesdays are pretty good. From the overall size not some mini version taco and the tortilla the fish tacos are served on they dont get soggy by the time you get home. Also they serve it with a sour cream/crema not mayonnaise like some places do. The fish itself battered with a light tasty crispiness overall a valued deal.“

“Very cute spot, that I would return to if I had a random weekday off. When we went there were hardly any other parties so we had no issues finding a seat.

The menu has something for everyone. It didn't take long for our order to come out. Portions were bigger than what I was expecting (I was worried they were going to be tapas sized portion, but the yellowtail tostada was quite filling), so I would say that dishes are reasonably priced. My friend and I felt the flavors hit the mark with each dish.

In retrospect, I could have ordered just the tostada with my americano and be satisfied. But I am glad to have tried more things on the menu. I would say that the dishes, while savory, leaned more light which I think is perfect for brunch.

During our visit, I got the yellowtail tostada, fish taco, and flautas. All were delicious. They also have a milk punch/clarified cocktail that my friend ordered (which are hard to find in LA) and it was also a well balanced drink.“

“Boiling Crab is one of my favorite places to go their catfish and their chicken strips are so amazing. You will not be disappointed. My husband and son loves their shrimp crab clams and so much more. You will definitely have to try.“

My mouth literally watered while I waited but no worries, the food comes out fast.

The staff are attentive and very nice. They even came around a few times while I ate to make sure everything was good.

I've tried the other location for take-out and it was good as well.

It's hard to find a good seafood boil in L.A. even though we're right by the water 🤔.

And I love that they have the option for the shrimp to be peeled, and head off. Many places don't offer that luxury.

They also offer bibs, crab-crack utensils and gloves.
