Finally found a good soy sauce marinated crab place in LA! Even though the size of the crab was smaller than expected, the taste was satisfying. Not too salty, not too blend!Salmon marinated in soy sauce and pollack roe hand roll were great as well. Tiny, but good.FYI,1. The uni mix was the best I ever had. Tasted out of the world.The salmon rice was also so goodThe ox bone soup was plain and tasteless, u have to put salt in there for flavoringTheir best selling is the raw crab....but to me, it wasn't impressed, and definitely I won't have it again. I wish they have a smaller portion , the medium size is the smallest option given ($75), and it was huge... One of the most memorable dinner of my life! This is why you save up for a great meal. Elevated Korean food dinning, you don't have to fly to Korea for. Every dish was presented beautifully, artistically and tasted as good as it looked. Even the service was top notch. I hope to come back soon, as I'll dream about this experience.
