“I had a wonderful experience at Roots Indian Bistro. I reached quite late, even after closing hours, but the staff still welcomed and accommodated me so warmly without making me feel rushed at all.

The food was excellent, and to top it off, they even served complimentary kheer, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most to me, though, was the hospitality. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, and one of the owners personally came over to check if everything was good and whether I was enjoying the meal.

Good food is memorable, but genuine hospitality is what truly makes a place special — and Roots absolutely excelled at that. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just great Indian food, but also an incredibly warm dining experience.“

“We went on Valentine's Day, and it turned out to be such a lovely and memorable experience for both of us at the Brazilian steakhouse. From the start, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and Ellie was especially kind. She checked in on us and made us feel genuinely cared for along with the hostess who was amazing. We even shared how disappointing our Valentine's Day dinner last year had been elsewhere, which made this experience feel like a complete and refreshing opposite in the best way. Everything from the service to the pacing and overall vibe was fantastic, and the food was outstanding, with the seasoned beef easily being our favorite among the delicious cuts. “Oh my goodness. Just finished eating and ran here to write a review. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the most delicious, fresh, flavorful Indian food I've ever had, and I used to live in Jersey City. I went yesterday with friends to try the chicken tikka masala burrito and it was unexpectedly awesome. The owner who served us brought us complimentary mulligatawny soup which was extremely comforting and he was so attentive and friendly. We also got the masala fries with paneer and they were soooo good.

I had such a great experience that I came back today to try some non-fusion food for takeout. I got what I usually get for Indian takeout- chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan, and vegetable samosas. I was also excited to see they have gobi manchurian which is one of my favorites but surprisingly hard to find a good one, so I tried that too.

Wowwowow! Every single dish was exceptional. Everything seasoned perfectly, with so much depth of flavor in each dish. Samosas were flaky and crispy, and the chutneys were perfect. Masala was sweet and a little spicy, and the paneer was so fresh. The gobi manchurian was also perfection. I almost never want to go to another Indian place again, because I've seemingly found the best. Can't wait to come back again and try some different dishes! Can not recommend this place enough! Sorry, forgot to take pictures of my dinner I was too excited to eat it.

Also! Excellent value! The prices are very modest and the portion sizes are great. I have enough for 2 dinners for my fiancé and I, coming out to $15 per meal which is incredible considering the variety and quality of food ❤️“

“We drove from Phoenix to L.A to eat there.
I have not had a couscous in 35 plus years and it was very very good.
The ambiance is good, and the owners are really nice people. Overall a good solid 10/10.
It was worth driving 370 miles. Of course, we are gonna be doing other things, but the first dinner was a hit.

“I had this placed saved on Instagram and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! We got the chicken kebab plate with extra pita bread. It was so delicious 😋 EVERY bite produced a happy dance. Customer service was great. The girl at the counter was very patient with us. There’s outside seating where we chose to sit and free parking on the side streets. I would’ve given them five stars but the fries were lukewarm. They were seasoned and crispy but warm. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow.“

My kids needed to use the bathroom, and unfortunately, we were told no. For that reason, I would not return, as I prefer restaurants that have restroom facilities, especially when dining with children.“

“Omg the food was so good I loved everything. It was seriously delicious I will definitely be coming back. The hummus was amazing, the salad was not only fresh but a type I’ve never had before. The flavors and ingredients had me like what is this I was honestly blown away at how tasty a salad can be. The fish was cooked perfectly and the rice was on point. All the sides were so good too I honestly can’t find anything wrong. You can really tell the cook puts love into the food. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. “I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. (Unless your attitude stinks or you're not willing to try new food ‍) Pasha again, thank you so much for the hospitality. “Baja California Tacos is our go to fish taco spot in LA. Dont be put off by the appearance of this spot, as the fish tacos are among the best we’ve ever had. You can’t go wrong with either their fresh flour or corn tortillas. Their fried fish is always piping hot and crispy and the lettuce and pico are fresh and bright. The crema is perfectly seasoned and adds a satisfying creaminess. Baja California Tacos is comparable to the greats like Kikos and Oscars down in San Diego and more than satisfies the fish taco craving in LA!“

I got the chicken tenders with mac. The mac and cheese was so good, super cheesy. The tenders were super crunchy and seasoned well. My friend really liked the chipotle ranch. Always go on a Wednesday, why? It is #wingwednesday $1.29 each for FULL wings. FULL wings folks, not those baby of a joke wings served at most chains. Miss me with those💯 You can get them plain or with their Kick'n seasoning. I always go for the later. I always get the 10 or 20 piece.

So on FULL wings, there's the drumette, the flat (or wingette) and the wing tip. Now here is that #munchiemath pull them apart folks, you double-up like Nipsy-Hustle 🤪🙃 Ya 10 is now 20, and ya 20 is now 40 + you get the tips to naw on too - hey they hold all the flavor, don't judge me.😁🫠

Finally, staff are always cool here too, I have never been disappointed.

“Taste of Tehran was my first time eating at a restaurant in Tehrangeles, and it was an awesome choice. This was definitely one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything was so great. And yes, I ate a lot of food on the first day here. I started off with some of the stews that included gormeh sabzi, the gheyme, and ash reshteh, which were all very tasty. The surprise hit to me was the Lentil Quinoa Salad. Seriously, one of the best salads I've ever had. It was sweet, refreshing, and savory all at the same time. No words to describe. And then the meats: the koobideh and soltani plate, just fabulous, along with that lentil rice. I can honestly say that Persians make the best rice out of all Middle Eastern countries! Even the barberry rice was amazing. Never had a rice this sweet and fruity before! Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. It looks like a quick, over the counter order type of restaurant, but the food is top notch. Even Anthony Bourdain has been here!
