Arrived in Tehrangeles.. ✨As a lover of Persian cuisine, I recently had dining at Taste of Tehran, a Persian community located in Westwood, Los Angeles.The cozy atmosphere at Taste of Tehran instantly transports you to the heart of Iran. The owners & staff of this place were SO NICE, I was even given a free dessert (bamieh) to try & take home just as I was about to leave!Foodwise, everything started out strong. The Chicken & Beef Koobideh kebabs with the zereshk polo are a few of the things you MUST ORDER.One thing I regret the most before coming here is not making more space to order more other options I could have picked, including the ash reshteh & ghormeh sabzi.My advice? The best spot on Westwood! My parents love the chef and the food selection at Taste. Pros: fresh ingredients and signature stew dishes that are a must such as the ghorme sabzi. Also a big fan of the boneless chicken breast. We loyal customers of Taste and cannot recommend it enough. Vahid is also great and makes sure custonsrs are taken care of. Cons: nothing worth noting. Novelty: A ++ Persian cusuine...in a heavily concentrated area it still shines!
