“Went to this place randomly for a late lunch, place was completely empty when we went there. I was curious cause I’ve never had Uzbek food before. It prolly is a family run business, the gentleman who took our order seemed like the one who was preparing the food as well. I like this kind of mom and pop places.

We ordered a beef noodle bowl and a lamb kabab kinda platter: the bowl was really tasty after adding a little bit of lemon juice, before that it felt like sth was missing. The lamb was so damn good ! And after the meal we ordered some “milk tea” that wasn’t on the menu and we were skeptical at first glance but were pleasantly surprised after taking the first sip. It was really refreshing :)“

Got the chicken tandoori biryani and tikka masala just to start but next time will try something different. Very clean and friendly welcoming atmosphere. And got a rice pudding too which was so good. everyone was so caring, kind, and welcoming. I accidentally spilled my drink on the waiter, and his reaction was so understanding and respectful. Instead of being upset, he kindly went and got me a replacement drink with such a positive attitude.

“I was first introduced to Nashville-style hot chicken at Hattie B's in Nashville. Although I've never found anything quite like it here in Los Angeles (Hattie B's chicken serves bone-in whole pieces, marinated through), I'm addicted to Dave's, and love the Extra Hot! (I'll stay away from Reaper...I don't need to try something that requires a signed waiver!)

My go-to is the #4, and their fries are great too. The extra pickles they include are a really nice touch, and the sauce is a the perfect alternate to ketchup, and really goes with the chicken.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I can order at the counter, at a touch-screen kiosk, or on my app. The app has kind of become the easiest option for me now that I've gotten the hang of reordering my usual. I try to limit my fried, fast-food meals, but Dave's is usually my first thought when I'm in the mood to indulge in that kind of treat. If you like spice, it's a must-try!“

“I got the ground chicken skewers for dinner. The food was good. The price is great for the amount of food you get. I got 2 skewers, rice, a salad, hummus, pita bread, & a sauce for the salad. The sauce that comes with the salad is especially good. The service we experienced was also good. We ordered online and the food was served in a timely manner. Overall, this is a good Mediterranean restaurant for a nice, casual meal.“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. (Unless your attitude stinks or you're not willing to try new food ‍) Pasha again, thank you so much for the hospitality. “WOW!! Pretty darn good for a picky eater!!! Cushiony soft potato bed of cheese topped with all the tender loving fixings and perfectly cooked butter garlic shrimp. Even the Stubborn pineapple cream soda made an impression. Nothing is typical about this unique eatery. “Great Experience at Nan Dagh – Kabob Daagh,

We came to Kabob Dagh – Naan Daagh Kabob last night with five families, and everyone was extremely happy with the food and service.

We ordered kabob, Qabili palaw, shami kabob, lamb tikka kabob, fresh hot naan, salad, tea, ashak, and several other dishes. Everything was fresh, delicious, clean, and beautifully prepared. The food was very well organized and ready on time.

We only had about one hour, and the restaurant did an excellent job preparing everything quickly without compromising the quality. All five families enjoyed the meal and left very satisfied.

We highly recommend Kabob Dagh to our friends, families, and anyone visiting from anywhere in the United States. It’s a great place to enjoy delicious Afghan food with your family and friends.

“This is honestly the best brisket sandwich and burger I have ever had IN MY LIFE!!! And I have had a lot of both! The brisket has more of a pulled pork consistency and it is unreal with that in house slaw and potato bun. Smash style burgers are also my top fave kind of burger and they do it exactly how I would dream of it being done. They are also not your usual slider size. These are the size of a kids meal burger (so to me- that’s normal sized). Not some giant sand which but the perfect size. I would normally be content with just one of these sandwiches but I did the combo so one brisket and one burger and I could not stop eating either one even after the meat sweats set in! I got the fries with no cheese and they were great. So happy to have found this place! Speaking of place: there are no signs. Its inside of urban skillet and there are no signs or menus up in there either so feels like an underground magic spot. I feel like I’m in the know now. Thank you! (Next time I’ll take pics.)“

“This the my go to Indian. Chef used to be at another spot and spun out on his own. Flavor is out of this world, can hit right spice/heat level, lots of vegetarian options alongside good servings. Garlic butter naan is woah. Price point went up but is honestly still worth it“

“Taste of Tehran was my first time eating at a restaurant in Tehrangeles, and it was an awesome choice. This was definitely one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything was so great. And yes, I ate a lot of food on the first day here. I started off with some of the stews that included gormeh sabzi, the gheyme, and ash reshteh, which were all very tasty. The surprise hit to me was the Lentil Quinoa Salad. Seriously, one of the best salads I've ever had. It was sweet, refreshing, and savory all at the same time. No words to describe. And then the meats: the koobideh and soltani plate, just fabulous, along with that lentil rice. I can honestly say that Persians make the best rice out of all Middle Eastern countries! Even the barberry rice was amazing. Never had a rice this sweet and fruity before! Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. It looks like a quick, over the counter order type of restaurant, but the food is top notch. Even Anthony Bourdain has been here!
