“Dave's Hot Chicken offers a flavorful and spicy dining experience that's sure to satisfy heat seekers. The menu showcases a variety of fried chicken options with varying spice levels, providing a tantalizing kick. The crispy exterior and juicy interior of the chicken are highlights, contributing to an enjoyable texture. However, the intense spiciness might not be suitable for those with low heat tolerance. The limited menu beyond chicken and minimal side options could leave some craving more variety. Despite this, Dave's Hot Chicken remains a must-visit for those who relish bold flavors and are ready to embrace the heat.“
“Our family is a regular customer of Asian Spot for more than 20 years. We're getting all our groceries and halal meat from the year 2002 from Asian Spot. Br. Mahmood, his wife, son and all other employees are wonderful and very caring. All of their products are high quality and we are very happy customers. Thank you Asian Spot for your kind service to us.“

“This spot is cute and has nice Afghan food. I’m docking a point though because it wasn’t the cleanest when I first arrived there, and there was only the owner who worked there with no helping hand or support which did delay my plans a little bit. She wasn’t there initially either when I arrived, so I was going to leave after waiting a few mins despite ringing the bell and calling. She makes good food, but she also charged extra for miscellaneous things and did not share or disclose prices of other dishes that I ordered or additional naans that were “offered” - there were pictures of dishes on the wall and a general cost of $19.99 which appeared to be for all dishes, but unfortunately that is not the case. The door alarm constantly went off too because I sat near the door and little movements would trigger it.“

“This place is really REALLY good. To give you folks context, it’s a small restaurant off the food court in a Mall. So, you kind of go in thinking you’re going to get “mall food”.
But, no. Not at Kabab Lab (silly name, AMAZING food). Their combo plates come with a lot of rice, salad (with a great dressing), pita, humas, and excellent chicken and beef. Well cooked, juicy, well seasoned… it’s one of those places that “you have a taste for…” once you’ve tried it.
I cannot recommend it highly enough, but i can tell you that I keep coming back. I’d rather endure The Mall and have an excellent, delicious, well prepared meal instead of hitting some of my local places that aren’t nearly as good.
The restaurant is always very clean and well lit. It can get crowded but it’s the Mall so there is a lot of fast turn over. Plus there are another 100 tables in the common area if you aren’t in the restaurant itself.
The staff is always friendly and the cooks clearly know what they are doing.
Do yourself a favor and give it a try.“

“Excellent service, quality craftsmanship with the pitas, highly recommended with the weekly specials, great value prices as well as availability of food delivery via DoorDash or Uber Eats/Postmates. Recommended as a former CSUN student for local access & convenience if needing a quick snack/lunch/dinner option.
Parking: More than 15 spots estimated for the entire lot/shopping center.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is leveled with parking lot as the door can be opened by the worker(s) whenever needed. The wheelchair accessibility applies to the restroom as well.“
