Even though they already made the food Jedric very kindly refunded me.While ordering, Ashley made me feel welcomed, part of the burger lounge family, and did great recommending things on the menu which motivated me to try the chicken tenders. Having workers with personality is super important.Precisely because of the great customer service, I will definitely be back.There is a great atmosphere created by the staff that work here, and the food was phenomenal. Also, the food was delicious and the restaurant was packed today.Parking: Parking lot was full so we parked in the nearby Costco parking lot instead, but it was very crowded in both parking lots.“

“I've been coming here for 20 years. It's gotten a little pricey, but great food. I almost always order my usual, a club sandwich with added shredded cheese, fries and a drink, now just over $21. I hear the sushi is good here, but haven't tried it yet.“
“We wanted to try a new place and this was a great choice. Had the fish tacos, AMAZING!! Had the pulled pork nachos, also AMAZING!!! Of course we had drinks. Wine isn't the right choice, but they have a variety of beers. Had the michelada and my lips are still a bit spicy. Super yummy. I would recommend this place to friends and we will be back.“

“I had the zucchini and grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. It was delicious. At first, when I saw the menu and said 4 zucchini, it was strange. Then I saw the size of them, wow. You get an actual whole zucchini, cut lengthwise.As for the sandwich, I had had it before and remembered how delicious it was. It wasn't until later that I remembered sharing it with my sister! So I brought it home and put half away in the fridge for another day. “I'm the last person to be writing reviews, but what can I say when the service and food has been amazing, it's a must... First of all the food is fresh. Dining inside its always looking clean and neat, but what really has me astonished is the staff. I'm super bad with names but the guy Manager with the slick back hair, (usually there in the afternoons) very down to earth, always attentive, and one time I realized I lost my wallet and he even offered to pay for my food out of his own pocket.. him and along with Ms. Campos another amazing employee, super attentive, she has everything under control, such a lovely woman I love how they have treated me with respect and am grateful for their Amazing service!“

“Decided to try this place opening night (which normally I'd wait for reviews) but glad we didn't - it was great!! A nice change from the usual dinner choice and love the long list of sides with multiple sizes to choose from (garlic mashed and mac & cheese, a must try!!). The ribs were also good and the portion was more than enough. My sister is a vegetarian so she had plenty to choose from plus we indulged in the desserts :) Can be comfort food or for ordering on the light side, there's something for everyone!“

“Stopped in for Blizzards. One of the employees had a hurt arm. She powered thru our 4 orders. One was a banana split. Fast and awesome. Most people would have stayed home. Didn't get her name, but as a former restaurant manager, I wish all my employees had this attitude and work ethic. You all are lucky to have her. Didn't complain, and was a pleasure to see this. “Food is good considering being fast food. ABC, Stand and Big blue burgers are tasty. Fries are fresh and delicious. Have been couple of time. Service time could get better and around noon gets busy up to 20min waiting time.Price level is at higher end for fast food. Overall ok.“
