“I just discovered this place and I’ve already been back once. I’m gonna go back tomorrow. It is a hidden gem of the Valley. I hope they get lots of business stay really busy so they’ll stay open forever. I didn’t realize how much grocery store-bought popsicles sucked until I went to this place. The owners are super nice and welcoming too.“

“Great mom and pop place for anything juices, shaved ice , ice cream and hot chocolate!I got a Lulo juice,(not pictured) which is a subtle citrus yet earthy tea like shake that was right up my alley. I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here. Please support them!!!!“

“WOW!! I typically don't write reviews but I was impressed. THE BEST ice cream shop in the valley serving Mexican flavors & antojitos! My favorite was the Maracuya (passionfruit) ice cream, it is so refreshing, it has the seeds in it so safe to assume they use fresh passionfruit. I have never been to a shop with that flavor. They also sell a Sandia Salsagehti Paleta, it is BOMB!! The owner is the sweetest, makes everything with love. A must try hole in the wall.“

“It's good, but it's expensive nowadays. So, I only go there about one time a year. I grew up with DQ but sadly they're pretty well all gone now in this area. As the title says, they only offer desserts and Orange/other fruit Julius and smoothies at this location, not the burgers and fries and chicken sandwiches that other locations have. The workers here are always nice - they *treat* you well because you're forking over a lot of cash for the desserts/drinks! They do go the extra mile to package up things like sundaes so it's convenient for you to carry.“

“I stopped by Pinkberry on Tampa today for some frozen yogurt, and the yogurt was delicious! But what really stood out to me was the kindness and professionalism of the woman working behind the counter today at 2:30 pm. While we were sitting and enjoying our yogurt, a customer came in who was having some difficulty communicating. The employee went above and beyond to understand what she needed, even using her phone to help with the communication.
Unfortunately, the customer became increasingly rude and impatient with her. Through it all, the employee remained incredibly sweet, respectful, patient, and professional. She never lost her composure and continued to serve the customer with genuine grace.I just wanted to take a moment to give her some well-deserved recognition. Customer service can be difficult, especially when someone is treating you poorly, and she handled the situation beautifully. Pinkberry is lucky to have someone like her representing the company. And yes the frozen yogurt was yummy too!“
