“Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.
Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.
I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Boss man, take note and recognize this hardworking employee; dedicated workers like Julian are hard to come by these days.

“There may be several Michoacánas in the area, but none of them beat this one!! Portions were served generously, and very affordable. The 2 women employees greeted us instantly, and were very kind. The establishment was so clean, and had music going it was just welcoming. I would recommend anyone else to go to support a great spot like this one. Gracias 🤍🍦🇲🇽“
“Very nice little market next to the recycling center where they can cash out your receipt from the guys
Very little questions asked and they always greet me
Just sign your receipt (they will give you a pen inside) and get your cajero
They even have very random funky stuff like specialty snacks and even collectibles.“

“Our experience here was amazing , friendly staff , really nice 😊!! And the rolled ice cream 10/10 💛. This was our first time here trying out new places and will definitely will come back , our favorite was Monkey Business . We added mango and almond slices …. Sooo good !!“
