“This Ben & Jerry’s location in the Sherman Oaks mall is hands down one of the best! The employee working there gave amazing customer service and made the whole experience even better. The location inside the mall is super convenient, and the ice cream is always fresh, delicious, and consistently fantastic every time I come. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop at when I’m at the mall!“

“I think one of the best ice cream places with gourmet homemade varieties. The Thai Iced Tea flavor was amazing. Tasted just like the real thing and so refreshing in the hot weather outside. I also got the Ube Brownie! Was so good and hit the spot for late night cravings. All the flavors are freshly made with quality ingredients and none are overly sweet. Love the posters on the wall too!“

“Stopped by with my partner recently after a late lunch at Dave's and got a couple of cones with a few toppings each. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was totally friendly and up for questions, they asked if we wanted samples as well which we declined. Their ice cream ice on the pricey side, something around 8 or 9 dollars each, but it was A LOT in a big crunchy waffle cone, as I say often; you get what you pay for.

I do wish they had had pretzel pieces to mix in. Seems like an easy win.

The staff even looked all around when I came back a half hour or so later concerned I dropped my debit card.

If I still had a local one in SLO I would be inclined to stop by after the good experience here.“

“This is some amazing Gelato! Small, but mighty type vibes. We were welcomed in with great vibes . This local mom and pop shop has some Gelato shipped in from Italy and it tastes like it. Really enjoyed their hazelnut and pistachio flavors. Def a great try!“

I happened to want to try the three flavors that had just come in the past two days. I ended up getting the strawberry yuzu cheesecake scoop which was excellent with the tart yuzu balancing out the sweet strawberry and rich cheesecake. That said the sour cream blueberry donut and sweet corn and blueberry flavors were also great.“

Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

My friend got Sea Salt, and I ordered Strawberry Honey Balsamic and Sea Salt in a cup.
The portions were huge, and everything was delicious.

I also loved that you can sample the flavors before ordering.
My favorite was definitely the Sea Salt!

The shop was pretty quiet when we visited, so ordering and pickup were quick and easy.

“My boyfriend and I are writing this review to support the employees at this store. We witnessed a customer yelling, cursing, and treating the staff with complete disrespect. As first time customers, we appreciated how professionally the employees handled the situation & prioritized safety.

We sincerely hope these employees are paid well because dealing with this level of entitlement & hostility takes a toll on anyone's mental well being, especially kind people who are simply trying to do their jobs. Standing for hours and dealing with different and difficult people is not a job anyone wakes up and is happy to take. Now a days people don’t want to deal with people.

This customer created an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the shop, yet the staff remained calm and respectful throughout.

“I got lunch delivered from them for the first time today and it was absolutely amazing. I wanted to try the brisket, but they were out so I ended up with the steak sandwich and they were really apologetic and nice about it and even tossed in some extra freebies in my bag.
