“This Ben & Jerry’s location in the Sherman Oaks mall is hands down one of the best! The employee working there gave amazing customer service and made the whole experience even better. The location inside the mall is super convenient, and the ice cream is always fresh, delicious, and consistently fantastic every time I come. “Stopped by with my partner recently after a late lunch at Dave's and got a couple of cones with a few toppings each. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was totally friendly and up for questions, they asked if we wanted samples as well which we declined. Their ice cream ice on the pricey side, something around 8 or 9 dollars each, but it was A LOT in a big crunchy waffle cone, as I say often; you get what you pay for.

I do wish they had had pretzel pieces to mix in. Seems like an easy win.

The staff even looked all around when I came back a half hour or so later concerned I dropped my debit card.

If I still had a local one in SLO I would be inclined to stop by after the good experience here.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“I love the small shop with all the flavors in small bites to try. They have a big shop with full size cakes so this is a great spot to try the flavors. They have unique flavors like honey and spinach.

“Sent Ivory the inspiration pics for a baby shower that was Kentucky Derby themed and she “ran with it” and it turned out perfect. The fresh berry cake was a hit and it matched the theme perfectly. Their delivery option is also great because it takes one other task off the party planning. Would definitely order from Ivory again!“

“I got so many cakes from there while my kids were growing up. It all started at my oldest daughter’s Sweet 16. What I loved is the guy makes fancy cakes for celebrities for a lot of money, and God only knows why my daughter thought she can have the same cake as Hollywood people, but he helped me come up with designs that were affordable for me. So many people asked me where I got my kids cakes from every time. There are so many places that makes fancy cakes now but they are the original sculpture cake guys. The guy was a sculpture artist who just happens to sculpture cake material. I don’t now if the same guy is still making all the cakes but he was fantastic. I think I bought total of 6 cakes from him over the years.“

I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). “Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Which were not fresh I return the waffle cone and they were gracious enough to return what I pay for it.Nice customer service.“

“Let me tell you from personal experience. this is the best Baskin-Robbins to visit if you’re a professional driver with a sweet tooth. My visit today was at 1 PM and the sweet girl that made my order was named Victoria. She was friendly and professional, greeted me when I walked up to the counter, and answered all the questions I had. Victoria made me a photo worthy Oreo type sundae with hot fudge and marshmallow and jamocha ice cream, all layered in the cup perfectly. After taking the time to write this review, my ice cream has melted a bit, but it still looks amazing and delicious. Thank you Victoria! I will visit again soon“

“I needed to find a cake last minute for my stepdad's 75th birthday. I was driving around near my hairdresser, looking for one at 2pm Saturday, party that evening. Drove past this place and OMG I'M SO HAPPY I DID! They had the most beautiful cakes ready to go. I chose one that was part chocolate, part nutella. Delicious, light, airy-everyone remarked how it was a better cake than they were used to at a party and that it was so tasty! I will be back! Service was quick and helpful.“
