“Stopped by with my partner recently after a late lunch at Dave's and got a couple of cones with a few toppings each. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was totally friendly and up for questions, they asked if we wanted samples as well which we declined. Their ice cream ice on the pricey side, something around 8 or 9 dollars each, but it was A LOT in a big crunchy waffle cone, as I say often; you get what you pay for.

I do wish they had had pretzel pieces to mix in. Seems like an easy win.

The staff even looked all around when I came back a half hour or so later concerned I dropped my debit card.

If I still had a local one in SLO I would be inclined to stop by after the good experience here.“

“Such a lovely spot on Rodeo Drive! The atmosphere is beautiful, and it’s a perfect place to take a break while exploring Beverly Hills. I ordered the Iced Dubai Chocolate Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the barista for being so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!“

Their delivery option is also great because it takes one other task off the party planning. Would definitely order from Ivory again!“

“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. I’ve been celebrating with Susie for over a decade and I will never leave- especially now! Thank you Susie and @susiecakesbakery for your delicious treats and valuing your customers so much💗“

“The Marino’s staff did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Not only did it look stunning, but it was absolutely delicious. The staff was very attentive during our consult and was able to create exactly what we asked for. Our nieces were delighted when they learned that the beautiful flower decorations were edible! I absolutely recommend going to Martino’s if you are looking for a beautiful and delicious cake for any event!“

“Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Boss man, take note and recognize this hardworking employee; dedicated workers like Julian are hard to come by these days.

“We get a cake at least once a year here. We were celebrating a graduation in our family and ordered a small round cake that was the same flavor as our wedding cake. Marble cake, butter cream filling with chocolate chips, butter cream icing.

Floweres and icing were the color of the school. Little deploma was a nice unexpected touch.

You usually pay over the phone when you order so pickup is easy and quick.

We will keep going here for our special family events.“

“Today, one of my coworkers brought a bag with lots of different cookies from this bakery. I don’t know what they’re called, but the tube-shaped cookies with chocolate chips are the best! They’re a really good snack when you’re busy doing physical work. I highly recommend them, especially the ones with chocolate chips!“

“Five stars for the woman who worked there on Saturday. She made me my oreo, sweet cream and sprinkles on top. In a waffle cup. Kind of pricey but it hit the spot. Some women spotted me with my ice cream and commented on how good it looked. I told them where I got it. Little did they know how much effort I went through to get it. Ie all the driving and talking to other Cold Stones to find the best store.“
