“Decent ice cream. You not only can get ice cream but also toppings mixed in. I don't remember how I ever came up with this combination but I would recommend this-

Cotton candy ice cream mixed with Twix. The flavors seem to compliment and balance eachother out.

Or cotton candy ice cream mixed with gummy bears. The cold temperature of the ice cream make the gummy bears chewier, which I loved. This combination may not be for everyone.“

This was my first order from Van, and I was pretty sure it would be tasty and satisfy my expectations because they wrote: "Under New Management!" So, I expected they would do their best to boost their sales, and I was right. The chocolate cake with strawberry ? and raspberry was delicious ?. The whole family loved it!“

I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. “Walking distance from my place in Beverly Grove L.A. and boy am I glad. First found them in Manhattan and was delighted when they opened here. Good old chocolate cake does it for me, tho sometimes I swing vanilla, & the BF loves the Banana Pudding. Gotta say I'm not a fan of their new prepackaged cake slices. I prefer seeing it sliced from the whole cake right before my very eyes the way Mom did it and God intended. The way they have slices now, in stacks of plastic boxes, makes it seem more like you're getting them from a vending machine than an old-time bakery. I guess it makes transactions quicker, but I hope they reconsider.“

Although, my daughter’s instructions was to include red melted chocolate on this rustic/vintage themed cake but they did NOT. I can see why, it would have taken away from the theme. they have such a great eye in designing and captivating one’s imagination . “I guess it’s been over a year since I last came in, according to the timetable that my barista today gave me since the new renovation. However, I don’t think so, it feels like I’ve just been there just a few months ago maybe a year ago if I really had to push it. Anyway, came in this afternoon and had super, super sweet customer service by my barista Jess. Who made a really good flat white. And super sweet conversation as well with Steve the manager and Nathan.
The new interior design is nice, but me personally I preferred and liked the old style. Just seemed more sweet, cozy and welcoming. I said it all the time, customer service to me is on the top of the list of what makes me return to a business. Let alone recommend them or write them good reviews. Today’s interaction with these three employees definitely made me want to return.
Now the Beverly Hills location is my literal neighborhood location, but I wouldn’t mind going out my way to come to this one. My primary reason for stopping by today was picking up a Too Good To Go. Never disappoints lol overall, I am extremely pleased with this location. Highly recommend them for a fantastic cup of coffee, a sweet treat. I know I’ll be back.“
