“This bakery is located in the little Tokyo market place! If you go after 6PM they have buy 2 get 2 breads! Since my shows end at 5 I always walk to the market and get bread from this place! The bread is so soft and the flavors are sooo good! Plus the staff is really nice and helpful! Support small businesses!“

“Who was amazing, my drink was amazing too, I got a manager’s wrap and a Matcha with Oreo bits. They have tons of pastries and tons of drinks, and a pretty good food menu, there’s tons of space for like small groups, and you’re able to order to go.“

“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“I ordered my vegan birthday cake one week ahead of the date needed, and the cake was ready on time for pick up. This vegan baker is an artist, and working with her to design the cake was very easy, I let her lead the process and the cake was incredibly beautiful.
I don’t think I could have gotten a more beautiful cake even in Los Angeles City.
The cake was delicious, moist, flavorful and a decadent treat. The pickup was quick, and packed to perfection including a no slide patch in side the box so the decorations were not damaged in transport. Decor, a candle, matches, and a cutting knife were all included. The whole process was top notch professional. The attention to detail and presentation showed this bakers passion for her work. I feel that the price was 100% worth it, and competitive for the going rate. The party was awed by the cake, so money well spent. I will definitely be ordering again! Too bad I didn’t get a photo before we cut the cake!
I almost forgot to mention that when the cake was served, the room fell silent because everyone was taken away with how yummy the cake was.“

“It was exactly 2 weeks before my daughter’s quinceanera. I had been considering making her cake but after a lot of stress and agonizing over what to do, I decided to stop into Sugar Mama’s just to see what they had to offer. Within about 10 minutes I was placing an order. The shop is very cute and the staff makes you feel instantly at ease. The order process was fairly straightforward. If anything there are almost too many options for flavors and additional toppings but that’s not a complaint. The day of our event came and the cake was beautiful. They took my inspiration photos and made her a gorgeous cake. It was delicious and reasonably priced too. Overall, we had a great experience with this business and will be back.“

“I have been going to this bakery for many years...about 30 years but not sure if it's the same family. They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). Great for a quick trip when you need milk or eggs, but you get to treat yourself too.“

“100% recomendados porque la verdad el pan está súper fresco y recién hecho. Aquí el sabor inigualable. Desde el menudito los fines de semanas hasta las conchas son para chuparse los dedos. “I searched up cake shops and this shop came up first as a top good cake place to go. So me and my friend had decided to go and check it out and see if it was true and not. So when we had went the own had actually attended us and helped me and my friend with placing an order for her son's upcoming birthday. She was so nice that I purchased a cake for my sister's birthday. When my family and I had tried my sister's cake, oh my gosh let me tell you that it is so good and worth checking it out.“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)
The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery to try their Lemon Cake Batter ice cream - Was sick with the flu for almost 3 weeks and I missed my birthday - So as a treat for myself I the Lemon Cake Batter ice cream mixed with Strawberries as a shake - It's exactly what I was hoping for - A lil tangy and a lil sweet from strawberries - made it the perfect shake - And of course topped with some whipped cream - I highly recommend this flavor - It's only available for a limited time... 😋🫶🏻“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . So get use to it it’s happening all around in a lot of businesses .“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.
My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.
She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.
After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.
While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“We ordered a mango cake for our daughter’s birthday. It was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious! People are still talking about the cake days later. This is my new bakery for all of my events from now on! They had the cake ready on time and very carefully packaged it for transport. When I made the order and at pickup both people I spoke to were kind and enthusiastic about my event and congratulated me for my baby’s birthday. I unconditionally recommend this amazing shop.“
“Ordered a cake from here because wanted a custom cake. Anyone can foot bask in robins and get a more generic if they wanted. But I wanted superb custom cake and cold stones did not disappoint us. I ordered a 6 inch with devil cake, sweat cream icecream with pecans, fudge and chocolate truffles. The frosting was fluffy pink with chocolate truffles. Absolutely one of the best cakes ever had. My sister and friends for her birthday all said it was such an awesome cake. Thank you Cold Stines for the cake and the memories“
