Worker with long hair, mustache and a black hat made me and my husband wait 25 minutes in line while speaking with his friends gossiping about people from their high school . This worker this not acknowledge us being in line and took his sweet time speaking. When it was finally our turn he did not apologize for wait nor did he greet us. Very unprofessional and management needs to speak with their employees.
taste just ok but way too expensive. 8.99 for just a small cup
Came at 8:30 pm and they close at 9pm they didn’t want to mix my toppings no more that sucks

Cold Stone Creamery offers amazing ice cream, made fresh on-site. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service. While some employees may seem bothered, others like Eli are super helpful. Despite the lack of a drive-thru, it's worth the extra effort to visit this location for the best ice cream ever.
