“We have hesitated going to Cold Stone because my son has a peanut allergy however this evening his dad and him went in and they mentioned his allergy. My son came home ecstatic, sharing his experience at the local Cold Stone where Jizel and Natalie made his experience memorable. He came home telling me how they explained to him how they do safely serve ice cream for those who have peanut allergies. He shared how he won't have to pass on his free coupons that his school gives out anymore and he can now go get ice cream as well. He is so cautious of what he eats specially when we try new places and I am so thankful that these two young ladies made his first time at Cold Stone such a delight and made him feel so comfortable. He said they were so nice to him and how he can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to those wonderful employees working this evening.“

Their website does say to 'plan ahead,' but as any parent of young kids knows, that's easier said than done! We've actually had two bathroom accidents at RC now, which really makes us second-guess visiting. Since it's such a popular seasonal spot, I wouldn't think it'd be too hard to at least provide a porta-potty. It would make a world of difference for families in a pinch.“

What in grateful is it was a Saturday evening, they work till 8pm. All other days they close at 5pm and Monday they are closed. I ordered oatmeal matcha latte , it was 6.50 and worth it“

“Visited here on a Friday evening & it was moderately busy. This specific spot is very spacious compared to other Salt & Straws, clean interior is always a plus. Love that they have a little merchandise store with some benches inside & some open tables outside.

Parking here can be a bit tough though. Either parking on the curb which can be hard due to how packed the Art District can get. The alternate is to park in paid lots that can range from $4- $15+

Staff here is great, my wife and I wanted to try plenty of ice cream flavors and they were really accommodating & friendly.

We decided on a double scoop on a cup. Our two flavors combined were Salted Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough & Hazelnut Cookies & Cream. Scoop sizes are pretty big and pretty overflowing for the cups. It would be perfect if the cups were just a bit bigger to hold the scoops. Although it's a bit sweet, it was the perfect dessert after a meal.

Overall, great spot for ice cream, can't go wrong with any flavors as all the flavors are delicious. Love the vibes here because of the staff, will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.“

“My first time there wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Upon going in they had a nice little crowd, the staff was nice and helpful. So my box of 4 cookies $19 was brownie batter, not bad, could use some nuts walnuts, or pecans, . My favorite cookie chocolate chip also could use some nuts walnuts or pecans and cooked a little longer. Next was funnel cake. Kind of like that one crunchy, not sure if it really tasted like funnel cake, but I liked it. Then cake batter thins not too bad either.“

This was well worth quitting my semi vegan practices. was delightful, and I haven’t seen color changing spoons anywhere else, they also have some pretty cool attractions to visit while waiting for ice cream like a trinket box and a claw machine. “The ice is really good! And they have a range of flavors. Would recommend the mango flavor! I did have to take off a star because I experienced a rude worker. I went for the first time yesterday and a worker in the drive thru was rude. He asked if I needed more time and after I said yes, he raised his voice at me. After I asked him for quick information he stared at me silently and just pointed at the menu. He was probably having a bad day, but was not a pleasant experience. Other than that, its really good and refreshing.“
