What I really enjoy about Cold Stone Creamery is the variety of choices available. Whether someone likes classic flavors or more creative combinations, there’s something for everyone. I ordered a custom creation with chocolate ice cream, brownies, caramel, and cookie pieces mixed together on the frozen stone. Watching the staff prepare everything right in front of me made the experience even better. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the texture of the ice cream was rich, creamy, and smooth.

The employees were another highlight of the visit. The staff members were friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic while helping customers choose flavors and toppings. Even during a busy evening rush, they kept a positive attitude and moved quickly to keep the line flowing smoothly. It’s always refreshing to visit a place where customer service feels authentic rather than rushed.

“I came to this spot by accident, yes you heard me. I was looking for another ice cream shop and ran across this one. I purchased a double scoop to go. I scoop of vanilla and and one scoop of praline pecan ice cream in a cup survive the ride home. Once inside the house, that ice cream didn't stand a chance. It didn't have that frost bitten taste that you experience from store bought ice cream. I will try again and I recommend going there.“

“My God I’m so grateful. I was already in little Tokyo and wanted a matcha. A quick google search lead me to this place and it’s said to be the best in LA. I think, I can agree with that statement. What in grateful is it was a Saturday evening, they work till 8pm. All other days they close at 5pm and Monday they are closed. I ordered oatmeal matcha latte , it was 6.50 and worth it“

“Tucked away in the mall almost like a gem in the rough. Those that love gelato craftsmenship made with care and charm, this is it. Open your mind (or tongue) and try the different options! Great for couples, family, and friend. If you have a foodie friend who doesn't judge on exterior but rather the taste, this is a worthy spot.

The lady helping us allowed us to try different options until we landed on Thai tea, almond amaretto, riceberry horchata on The Special (3 flavors) on a waffle bowl. It was placed on coconut sticky rice. At first I raised my eyebrows but when I tried it, I was blown away how GREAT of combo this is! 5/5 I would go out of my way to try this. What I also love about this is that it isn't sweet like typical dairy icecream but just sweet enough like the true gelatos you have in Italy. You must at least try this with the waffle bowl - it was quite the delight. The portion is big and you'll be surprisingly full. The special (3 flavors) is best for 2-3 people (regular serving). If you're going to eat this by yourself I'd just get 1 serving or the gelato cup.

“I love this little cafe. They're great in a heat wave since they serve a variety of popsicles and ice creams.

Personally I like their muffins and iced caco lattes. It's about $9 for a muffin and a latte.

The staff is pretty friendly too.

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! “The ice is really good! And they have a range of flavors. Would recommend the mango flavor! I did have to take off a star because I experienced a rude worker. I went for the first time yesterday and a worker in the drive thru was rude. He asked if I needed more time and after I said yes, he raised his voice at me. After I asked him for quick information he stared at me silently and just pointed at the menu. He was probably having a bad day, but was not a pleasant experience. Other than that, its really good and refreshing.“
