What I really enjoy about Cold Stone Creamery is the variety of choices available. Whether someone likes classic flavors or more creative combinations, there’s something for everyone. I ordered a custom creation with chocolate ice cream, brownies, caramel, and cookie pieces mixed together on the frozen stone. Watching the staff prepare everything right in front of me made the experience even better. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the texture of the ice cream was rich, creamy, and smooth.

The employees were another highlight of the visit. The staff members were friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic while helping customers choose flavors and toppings. “Came around 1:15, the girl that helped me was really friendly. Took my order, I asked the wait time she said 18mins but she’ll try in less time & she did in fact give me my order sooner.

“The signature dish is the crab in sauce, which comes in medium and large sizes. medium is two crabs with two bowls of rice, and large is three crabs. Compared with other Korean restaurants, the sauce crab taste is mild, and it will not be salty enough to explode in the middle of the meal and cannot continue to eat. The crab is fresh, not fishy, and the meat is firm, not squishy. The crab meat is also very full, the crab legs are full, there is no empty shell crab. The sea urchin rice is a little smaller but the sea urchin is enough. regular sea urchins are not particularly sweet, but they are fresh and worth the price. The sea urchin Rice bowl combo will be served with steamed eggs, runny eggs and two prawns in sauce. Raw marinated salmon rice is amazing to me. The salmon is marinated just enough to be flavorful, but not overly salty. The portions are generous. You can eat two bites of each piece of salmon.”

The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together.
