My absolute favorite ramen in Los Angeles! It’s always fun to come here
We are vegan and went with the Spicy Miso Ramen, it didn't disappoint. One suggestion, if you want the extra spice kick, ask for their chili oil, it really amped up the ramen overall.
Our kid enjoyed the mushroom bao too.
For parking, you can get lucky by finding a street parking behind the restaurant.
One of the most underrated ramen spots in LA.
Starters are excellent, Tsukune & Fish bun are bomb. The Rice Balls are unique and delicious. Chicken wings ✅. Ramen 🔥

Tonchin LA is a popular ramen spot that offers delicious and authentic Japanese dishes. Their Tokyo Rich Tsukemen is a standout, featuring noodles made in collaboration with Shimamoto Noodle Inc. The tonkotsu gyokai broth is rich and savory, making it one of the better tsukemen options in Southern California. The restaurant has a modern decor and a great location, with a nice atmosphere and bar vibes. It offers an abundance of toppings and the staff is nice, friendly, and attentive. The menu includes not just ramen but also gyoza, self-made hand rolls, fried chicken wings, black cod fish bun, and yuzu margarita. The matcha and strawberry kakigori are excellent. While prices are a bit higher, the relaxing atmosphere and great service make it a good place to enjoy a quality meal. The restaurant is accommodating and provides a pleasant dining experience, especially if visitors are willing to spend a little extra for comfort.
