“I came to this spot by accident, yes you heard me. I was looking for another ice cream shop and ran across this one. I purchased a double scoop to go. I scoop of vanilla and and one scoop of praline pecan ice cream in a cup survive the ride home. Once inside the house, that ice cream didn't stand a chance. It didn't have that frost bitten taste that you experience from store bought ice cream. I will try again and I recommend going there.“

“My God I’m so grateful. I was already in little Tokyo and wanted a matcha. A quick google search lead me to this place and it’s said to be the best in LA. I think, I can agree with that statement. What in grateful is it was a Saturday evening, they work till 8pm. All other days they close at 5pm and Monday they are closed. I ordered oatmeal matcha latte , it was 6.50 and worth it“

“I love this little cafe. They're great in a heat wave since they serve a variety of popsicles and ice creams.

Personally I like their muffins and iced caco lattes. It's about $9 for a muffin and a latte.

The staff is pretty friendly too.

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. “The ice is really good! And they have a range of flavors. Would recommend the mango flavor! I did have to take off a star because I experienced a rude worker. I went for the first time yesterday and a worker in the drive thru was rude. He asked if I needed more time and after I said yes, he raised his voice at me. After I asked him for quick information he stared at me silently and just pointed at the menu. He was probably having a bad day, but was not a pleasant experience. Other than that, its really good and refreshing.“

In the end, I got two scoops of banana and rocky road which were heavenly. I was immediately greeted and asked if I would like to try any flavors. I will be coming back and trying a shake or a brownie sundae next! Sooooo good and customer service was excellent. I recommend 100%.“

“Came in for the first time and the cafe had such a nice atmosphere surrounding it. The latte I ordered was delicious and had a wonderfully tasting espresso. I also got one of their lunch sandwiches along with some fries which were both crafted beautifully and not what I was expecting from a cafe. I had to end it with a pastry because they all looked so yummy and the one I chose definitely met that standard. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. From someone who also works in a very similar environment and can be picky, it was very much worth it. I do recommend and will 100% be back!“
