The pollo loco here is absolutely amazing starting with the nice customer service if only every food place had the attitude of Sergio , all places will be packed we order in the counter around 9:20 pm and he was very helpful , we had a family combo and the horchata iced coffee this is not too sweet and I love it, we definitely recommended this location for pollo loco
Went today during evening, it’s ok to hire young people but this kids the ratio could improve less kids and more adults leading the kids otherwise they waste time, the company’s and the client’s time they don’t respect their job and I didn’t blame them. Food was good, can improve though, a little cold.
