“We ordered a cake and cupcakes for my moms 90th birthday party. The cake and the cupcakes weren’t only beautiful, the were Delicious! Only thing bad was they disappeared quickly and I didn’t get to taste all the flavors! Thank you Patty!“

“They are located on the north side of the plaza, next to Pieology and the Acai bowl place. I've ordered via Door Dash from here and I've been in person. This location is fast when it comes to Door Dash deliveries and in store they're cranking out orders. I've been in the afternoon where it's a little slower and not too long of a wait. At night, it's up in the air, but everyone's still coming in towards closing to get ice cream. Last visit, it was one girl working on a Monday night and she didn't quit. It was her making the orders and ringing everyone up and she just powered through. I hope they're paying their staff well because they deserve it, especially when it's one person at night working.“

“I wanted to send something special for my daughter-in-law’s birthday while she and her family were in Disneyland. I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. Great service, communication, beautiful cupcakes and they loved them! Don’t hesitate to call them whether you are in town or out of town like us! Thank you!!!“

“Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“It was exactly 2 weeks before my daughter’s quinceanera. I had been considering making her cake but after a lot of stress and agonizing over what to do, I decided to stop into Sugar Mama’s just to see what they had to offer. Within about 10 minutes I was placing an order. The shop is very cute and the staff makes you feel instantly at ease. The order process was fairly straightforward. If anything there are almost too many options for flavors and additional toppings but that’s not a complaint. The day of our event came and the cake was beautiful. They took my inspiration photos and made her a gorgeous cake. It was delicious and reasonably priced too. Overall, we had a great experience with this business and will be back.“
