While searching for a delicious cake bakery, I came across Jis Cake Boutique and knew I had to place an order! I chose a vintage-style cake, and it exceeded all of our expectations. “I love Cold Stone! I’ve been coming here a lot recently since discovering this location. The staff is very friendly, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Lacey. She is incredibly kind and always remembers my order, so I never have to repeat myself or worry about being disappointed. She’s also so sweet and welcoming to my little ones.Sometimes other employees don’t offer samples when my kids want to try flavors, but Lacey is always patient and happy to let us sample different options. It really makes a difference.Overall, the location is very clean, although it can get quite busy on weekends. Great job to all the workers—keep up the good work!“

“This is one of the best pastry shops I have been to. They have a wide variety of sweets and desserts. The have small deserts to small cakes to big cakes to boxes with desserts in them. The staff is also pretty nice. I highly recommend coming here“

“Aside from there delicious little Bundt cakes, I wanted to provide a review on their customer service. When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. Filling out this survey is less about the coupon but more about Carissa. Wonderful young lady with great work ethic and a warm demeanor. Great hire, Nothing Bundt Cakes Laguna Hills! “On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“This place was great for me because I walked in when it wasn't busy and I was curious about s'mores type of flavor and with Angie's recommendations, it turned out really good. I totally recommend it with sweet cream ice cream, marshmallows, Jet Puff marshmallow cream, fudge, and pie crust. Angie was very nice and pretty fast, too.“

“You can absolutely get amazing ice cream shakes here! My go-to would be the Oreo cookies and cream and definitely add in some extra Oreo cookie crumbles to be blended in! If you are ever near or around the area, check Cold Stone Creamery out! 5-stars! The parking is somewhat difficult.“

“I pre-ordered a cake online for a birthday, and when we arrived for pickup, the staff let us know it would just be a few extra minutes to finish. We didn’t mind at all and enjoyed browsing the displays while we waited. We chose the strawberry cream cake with cream cheese frosting, and it was so delicious.
