Details were on point and the quality was amazing, it was such an easy and satisfying process. When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. Totally recommend to try out strawberry marshmallow - loved it. Also, they make really good waffle cones - they're not soft like most other places.“

“I tried this place traveling from Vegas for a wedding, and I would literally come back just for this shop. I highly recommend their roll slices, and their donut filled with custard. I went in and got some pastries, tasted one in the car, and literally WENT BACK inside to order more for the hotel room because it was genuinely the best pastries I’ve had. What I really like about this place is they don’t use any preservatives, and everything was super fresh and was natural. For example, the pistachio deserts didn’t have that artificial green food coloring look or flavor. Everything is baked fresh every day, and it’s the perfect balance of sweetness. It’s sweet but not REALLY SWEET, Just perfect and light. Everything I tried was also extremely soft and pillowy. I will definitely miss this place when I travel back to Vegas, and will make this a must stop every time I come to Cali.

Edit: I forgot to add that the prices are extremely affordable compared to places like popular 85 degrees, for better quality!“

“I love Cold Stone! I’ve been coming here a lot recently since discovering this location. The staff is very friendly, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Lacey. She is incredibly kind and always remembers my order, so I never have to repeat myself or worry about being disappointed. She’s also so sweet and welcoming to my little ones.Sometimes other employees don’t offer samples when my kids want to try flavors, but Lacey is always patient and happy to let us sample different options. It really makes a difference.Overall, the location is very clean, although it can get quite busy on weekends. Great job to all the workers—keep up the good work!“
