“Dairy Queen is pretty solid when it comes to satisfying that ice cream craving, especially on a hot day. I love their light-tasting ice cream and the Blizzards are always delicious — my personal favorite is the Strawberry Cheesecake. It's got just the right balance of sweet and creamy with a nice chunky strawberry twist.

Before the change in ownership, they used to have a delicious Rocky Road Blizzard with a marshmallow center that I really miss. Unfortunately, they no longer carry it and won’t take special requests for it, which was a bit disappointing.

This location can get quite crowded during hot weather (understandably), so expect it to be a bit crowded. Because there is limited seating inside, I usually sit outside, which is a nice option. Parking is free, but it fills up quickly when it gets busy. I don’t mind parking a bit farther away, especially since the lot is a little tight when it's packed.

The staff are pretty cool and always do the Blizzard flip, which is a fun gimmick to see. They also offer an inexpensive cold dog treat if you ask, which is a bonus for dog owners. Also, they serve really good ice cream cakes, which are excellent. The last time I bought a cake, I wanted an image printed on it, but their machine was down. Luckily, they let me bring my own image, and they made it work — great customer service in that moment.

“I was very satisfied with my custom cake order from Mr. Baker for my 24th birthday! I ordered a 6-inch matcha cake with matcha filling and strawberries, and it turned out absolutely perfect.

All I had to do was email the baker, send a few inspo pics, and share my desired flavor—she was on it right away! The whole process was so easy and smooth. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with, which made the experience even better.

And the cake… SO good!! Everyone at the party kept going back for more. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

Also, I liked how the payment process was simple—I paid half when ordering and the other half at pickup.

“The girl with the glasses that was working tonight was so sweet and friendly. She gave us a great ice cream as well as great service. However, the Young man that was working, came up to us mid bite and said “um we’re closed” and just walked us to the door which was odd but other than that it was excellent!!“

“We came after dinner to try their ice cream after not having cold stone after 2 or more years. I did not know that their waffle cones only took two flavors and you choose the size of the ice cream balls depending on the like, love or have it sizes. I recommend a lot of lovin' and no oven or something it was really good and the workers are nice.“
