Ashley was the best employee I could have ever seen. She saved my dog from a burning building then told us to come and get ice cream. EXCELLENT service, would 1000% recommend!

Had a shop riverside card for a free waffle cone, just had to upgrade from love it to gotta have it. Not a problem. Then I got to the register and the girls working couldn’t figure out how to honor the coupon (even though I asked beforehand if it would be honored and they said yes) so apparently I was outta luck. Why even upgrade at that point? They also didn’t grab the enough ice cream for my gotta have it size and just plopped plain ice cream on top. Cold stone’s appeal...read full review
