“The guy was really nice when we walked in. He was patient and apologized to anyone who waited a bit longer. Wasn't much of a wait by the way. As soon as the blonde girl came in from her break, she didn't greet us or acknowledge us, and definitely didn't want to take our order. Maybe she needes a longer break. The guy was still helping another guest and then he helped me. Hiring manager should hire more people like him or increase his hours. He who puts the customers' needs first and help bring back customers.

BTW more customers came along and she still wouldn't come and help him. Talk about Team work.

“This place was really awesome! They have a lot of ice cream flavors, they also had diffrent items like shakes, malts, cones (waffle and cake), hurricanes (their version of Blizzards) and much more! We were also quick to be helped which is always a plus!“

“I was just here I would give this place five stars, but I’m only giving it four because as I took my child here and went to use the bathroom there is no soap and when I asked them, she said they’re out of soap which is the same bathroom that the employees use, which means nobody is washing their hands because they’re all out of soap. That’s pretty unsanitary and you’re serving ice cream.“

“The best pistachio ice cream I've ever had and even beats thrifty's ice cream. First time visiting this location. Customer service welcoming. So many flavors to choose from. All the ice cream looks so yummy! On a busy day I can see how parking might be a little difficult. But it's definitely worth it.“

The store is a little dirty and could use some spot clean up (especially the sides of the drink fridge) but it's a quiet place and I like the froyo was properly frozen and not making a dripping mess like you see in Yogurtland. Pricing is very reasonable compared to what Yogurtland charges. Employees were really kind and they even sell figurines in the back too!“

“So I walked in to the bakery it has two kiosks and one bakery. Another kiosk is located in front of the counter. They bake only a curtain amount of cookies a day. We got the chocolate chip original. The presentation was there in front with a box and a cookie inside.“

“My mom and I stopped by for a sweet treat and the workers here were lovely and patient. We chose to pick our ice cream from their signature creations and my mom went with the German chocolate cake while I picked the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were packed to the brim with ice cream and after tasting both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite since it was both creamy, sweet, and savory. The German chocolate cake is pretty good too but it fills like it’s missing something, not sure what.“

“Just a heads up Nu Scoop is actually located inside Mochi Lion, right next to Yogurtland.

I first tried to visit after having lunch across the st at the UV and was craving something sweet. I searched for ice cream and Nu Scoop came up, but it was pretty difficult to find. I ended up driving around the parking lot a couple of times, even looping around Wienerschnitzel before finally realizing thanks to a comment that it’s inside Mochi Lion.

When I went in, I asked to speak with the manager just to share the experience not in a negative way, just as feedback since it was a bit hard to locate. But he wasn't around. Unfortunately, to top it off, the machine was down at the time, so none of the Nu Scoop items were available.

I decided to give it another try the following week. This time the machine was working, but there was only one flavor available, coconut. I gave it a try anyway, and it was actually really delicious. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something dairy-free and high in protein definitely feels like a good post gym treat.

That said, I’d still like to go back and try more flavors since I didn’t have much of a selection the second time. Hoping third time’s the charm!

“Quick cooling station when stuck on the road. Easy access to mall parking. Well maintained yogurt dispenser with good yogurt consistency. After few visits, yet to have runny yogurt. Tart is my goto, but has all the standard choices along with good number of topping items. Cleanliness of the topping station definitely makes it more appetizing.“
