“amazing food, amazing service, amazing experience!! found this place looking for vegan options & decided to go based on the google reviews. even with the pre-notion that they had 4.9 stars, my expectations were far surpassed! i didn’t catch the name of the guy who took our order but he was lovely & had great energy. for being a completely vegan spot, my socks were knocked right off. best chicken burger i’ve ever had. even my dad who eats real meat was throughly impressed. would definitely go again. 10/10“

They’ve got really nice coconut beverages and the chocolate chip cookies are incredible. Always friendly service and I get healthcare worker discount. I couldn’t give a perfect score on atmosphere because I’m a music snob and the tunes they bump ain’t my thing but that’s cool. Oh yeah the Star salad w crispy un-chicken rocks! “First time at Palenque and it did not disappoint. From being greeted to the food. Our server Eddie was great, very attentive and recommended a few appetizers. We went with the guac and chips which were delicious. We also go the steak & shrimp fajitas very flavorful and steak cooked to perfection.“

“I’ve been wanting to try them for some time now! And today I decided to stop in! The young girl at the counter was the absolute sweetest! The place was clean and all food is made to order to everything came out piping hot.

I ordered the chicken cube lunch with a side order of lamb chops (2). The portions were generous and the food was DELICIOUS! I saw another review compliment the chicken cubes and they weren’t lying. I’m usually a beef girl but these were amazing.

I ordered the Monster Roll, and it was delicious. The service was great as well. We called ahead to reserve a table while we were on our way, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, our table was ready.

“Downtown Riversides hidden gem!!! Stopped by this wonderful shop while shopping at the farmers market. I expected a nice cupcake but what I received was an outstandingly wonderful cupcake!! We ordered a lemon cupcake and a red velvet.
The Lemon was wonderfully light and moist and full of sunshine kissed lemon flavor. The red velvet was equally as light and moist with wonderful melt in your mouth chocolate flavor. The frosting was neither to dense nor to light, it's flavor perfectly complimented both cupcakes. Be sure to stop by Cupcakes and Curiosities on your next trip to downtown riverside.“
