Also, if you have a four legged friend then it’s a perfect fit for the two of you or however many are in your pack. The space is super clean and spacious so you know it’s a perfect place to work and catch up on the socials. The baristas are really friendly and attentive and you can just tell they enjoy their job. They have specialty coffee and standard drinks. I ordered a shot of espresso and the house drip coffee along with one of their seasonal drinks. The coffee was amazing and it delivered the kick that I needed. For me the best part of a coffee shop is when they do dine in service. It just makes the experience so much better for me. When you have all of the elements working it’s usually a positive thing so if you’re ever in the area and looking for a complete coffee adventure then you should definitely check this place out for sure.“

Highly recommend their pesto fried eggs and potatoes, and their sandwiches are made with freshly baked sourdough bread made in house. The lattes are amazing too! Crème De La Crème Café is a hidden gem in downtown Riverside—especially considering it’s tucked inside the County Assessor building. If you’ve got an appointment in the building (or you’re just nearby), it’s a perfect spot to grab a coffee and reset for a few minutes.

My drink was smooth and well-made, and the service was genuinely friendly and efficient. The café area felt clean, organized, and surprisingly welcoming for being inside a government building. It’s the kind of place that turns an errand into a little treat.
