The coffee ☕ here is very delicious.
The waffle bites were a frozen waffle with canned whipped cream. For the price they were fine! Just warning they are not fresh made and fresh whipped cream. The coffee and latte were great. The location; not sure what happened to all their chairs? Some tables had no chairs, the others had just a few- also, wow put some acoustic tiles on the ceiling or something! When busy it is sooooo loud and echo-y! Cacophonous

Molinos Coffee is a cozy, welcoming coffee shop located right across from the famous Mission Inn in downtown Riverside. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and attentive, working incredibly hard to serve customers. The service is good, and the workers are nice. However, the scheduling has become concerning, as it is often rare to see more than one barista working at a time, even during peak hours, leading to longer waits.
The coffee is solid, with a delicious latte and a horchata latte that non-coffee drinkers enjoy sipping on for two days. The affogato served in a ceramic cup is a popular choice, and the avocado toast or a simple bagel with cream cheese are good pairings. The açaí bowl tastes premade but is decently priced for a sweet tooth. However, the matcha is honestly the worst—way too sweet and tastes like milk with a hint of matcha. The banana cold foam had a weird almost sour taste. The prices are reasonable, and the vibe is great, making it a spot to get work done without feeling rushed. Only coffee shop some continue to come back to.
