“The Pistachio Strawberry Milk drink here is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet either and I like the Strawberry puree as im eating chunks of strawberries while drinking. It's part of their pistachio series drinks and found in their ordering kiosk near the front counter and not on their above menu board. Could have used a little more pistachios on top and less ice. Would order again though, I liked it!

The service was good but there was an issue. Tried to download the rewards app to get points for this order as this was my first time here at any of the locations. Went through the process til they asked for the code that was texted messaged to my phone. Tried several times but no code was sent. I just decided to uninstall the app since I could not proceed in finishing creating my account and proceed with ordering. Not good.“

The owners' energy is much better and everything still taste amazing.

Everything on the menu is great, even the employees are great,I just feel bad for them, the owner is rude and abuzz kill,he brings the energy of that place down, my best experiences are when he's NOT there. Message to the owner: Sir- you need smile, appreciate your customers before they (we) decide we don't want that energy at all.“

I recently visited Charleys Philly Steaks, and I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail. The staff is incredibly helpful they don't just take your order; they actually suggest different options to help you find exactly what you're craving.

The Food: I ordered the Old School Philly, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on.

Portion Size: If you have a big appetite, the large size is definitely enough to fill you up. It’s a very satisfying portion.

“Online order took longer than expected and they had to make it when I arrived. I think the issue with this location is that they have two storefronts one directly off Central and one in the parking lot with no signage on the front to say please go around to back. Being my first time here I thought it was closed down and out of business and when I called she didn't even say come around back. The smoothie was delicious and made to order I would recommend better cups as this lid keeps coming right off. Cleanliness could be better trash can full and directly at the door is not a good look. Otherwise everything was good. I would come again.“

I did not know where to order, but was directed to iPads that gathered order information, to later pay at the front desk. This system worked perfectly, however, as a first time customer confusion set in early. The front desk staff were helpful and enthusiastic, which helped. I did enjoy the simplicity of the menu as this made for quick and easy ordering.The smoothie was good; I would order more variation in the future.
