Employees are super nice, friendly, and fast, though the small menu often has long lines and the shop can be understaffed. The strawberry matcha and matcha could use more matcha, but overall it is good. It is in the center of the mall, so it is a bit loud and busy. The new app Reborn Rewards is recommended for points and a free drink. Overall, it is a solid, delicious coffee stop in Riverside.
