I want to shout out the amazing barista Bella !! Today there was a huge line and Bella was still so helpful. I told her a drink that I kinda made up myself and she took the time to mix me up a sample to make sure if that's what I really want. I never even knew that was a thing? She was the first person to ever do that and did not hesitate! She was really fast and kind.
I was over charged for a drink (mind you it was a grande) that normally only cost me around 5$, the person taking my order was really unprofessional, she even answered her phone as I was giving my order! no one has ever had a problem with the way I order my drink or the inclusions (it's only 2 things), but she did? sure the drink ended up good but she knew what I was going for, yet still placed it in differently, I think that's why my price was so different.
