I ordered the Monster Roll, and it was delicious. The service was great as well. We called ahead to reserve a table while we were on our way, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, our table was ready.

The sushi here was absolutely incredible. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality of the fish was excellent, and every roll we tried exceeded our expectations. The chefs clearly take pride in what they do, and the food alone would definitely bring us back.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by something we couldn’t ignore. While we were dining, we overheard the manager training several new employees. Constructive coaching is one thing, but the way he spoke to them came across as rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily harsh. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and the customers.

A restaurant can have amazing food, but a healthy organizational culture matters too. Employees deserve to be trained with respect, and the way leaders communicate sets the tone for the entire workplace. I genuinely hope management reflects on this because the kitchen is doing an outstanding job, and the staff deserve leadership that builds them up rather than tears them down.

I still highly recommend the food, but I also hope the restaurant takes steps to create a more positive and supportive work environment. We also learned that the manager at this time is the cousin of the owner of this restaurant.“
