Wait time was 30 minutes with was okay for a busy time but once I was inside it was crowded and loud. Barley any room to be seated at my table and meal took too long to get to my table. Not my vibe
The sushi is good not 10 out of 10 maybe a 6.5. The rice used looks like day old. Like dried rice clumps that became dehydrated again. The soda didnt really have flavor kind of flat. Service eas good for the first 10 minutes than died down. One of the bus boys i would assume walking around hating life did not make the atomsphere good grunting when asking for a side. I had an incredible experience dining here recently. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better.
The baked mussels were a highlight, perfectly topped with bright orange roe and sliced scallions. I could not get enough of them. The entire meal was fresh, flavorful, and presented with such care. I will definitely be coming back soon for another round.
