“My husband and I were looking for a sushi/ramen place so he can have Tonkotsu Raman and I could have the Yoshioishi roll and Eel Avocado Roll and it even better than my positive expectations based on other positive reviews! The fish was fresh, soft, fatty in all the right ways and the tonkotsu had the complex flavors and savory mushrooms and pork my husband was craving! Worth the $$! The only criticism is that the music was just a tad loud and had quite a lot of foul language. We'll definitely come back again to try more of the food, for sure!“
“About 2-3yrs ago, I came here and I vowed that I would never come back here again. At that time i think I ordered a large poke bowl, and they gave me about 3 cubes of rubbery salmon on top of crusty old rice, and charged me a lot of money for it. But I decided to give this place a second chance today, and maaan, they redeemed themselves big time this was Darth Vader restoring balance to the force level of redemption. This time around the fish was fresh, the vegetables fresh, rice perfect, and the portion size huge. One of the best poke places in corona, if not the best. Definitely would come back again“
“Another day another poke. This place located at "Metro at Main" multiplex. They have 2 locations. One in Corona, one in Chino. Nice and clean dining area with fast service. The server did not mix my poke first, before placing them into the bowl. Not sure if this is their standard. Price is on lower end. Their small comes with 3 scoops of protein instead of 2, and so on. 1 more scoop than others. However their bowl is standard size. Some poke has giant bowl to fill. The poke tastes delicious and fresh. I tried Mango Habanero sauce a bit. It is deliciously very spicy. The house sauce is ok.“
“My 2 grandkids & I went to Dada Sushi for the 1st time to try it as suggested by my daughter from SD who went there for the 1st time too. She said that the quality of the seafood is better than where we use to go. It's even nearer from our house. I ordered Seafood Tonkatsu Ramen. It was so delicious. I'm hooked. That was suggested by Rachel our waitress. The other waitress suggested Black Garlic Tonkatsu her favorite. I'll order that on Easter Sunday when we go for lunch. There will be 10 of us. My 10 yr. Old grandson ordered Salmon Sashimi w/ a bowl of rice. He loved it . The waitress suggested for him to eat the rice w/ the Ramen soup which he did & he really savored & finished it. He said it was so good & he's contentedly full. My granddaughter who was under the weather that time shared my Ramen & the Yellowtail Green Onion Roll. It was good & filling w/ good pieces of yellowtail. The service was great. I hope they will be popular since they just opened last November. The restaurant has an ambiance. It's clean. That's why I made a reservation for 10 on Easter Sunday Lunch.“
“I absolutely loved this restaurant!! The sushi was great and tasted very fresh. It felt like such a small town vibe, where everyone knows everyone. They were very warm and welcoming, at least 5 different staff members stopped by to chat with or check on us. You could tell that everyone working there cares a lot about their guests. Truly such a joyful visit!“
“Great food lovely staff attentive servers great taste like trying new rolls thanks for having us.Parking: Hard to get close to building out front parking but just 20feet away lot parking is greatWheelchair accessibility: Very friendly and accommodating“
“I have tried almost all (probably all) of the sushi restaurants in Corona. I can confidently say that Sushi R91 is the best.Food Quality - 10/10Always the freshest fish. We order the Halibut Sashimi every time and it never disappoints. Try their Poke Nacho as well, the fish and the flavor of the sauce blends really well!Favorite Order:We always get their Seared Cajun Ono and Seared Cajun YellowtailAtmosphere:Their music is always on point! Classic R&B most of the time, with a mix of Pop!Service: On point! All the servers are really nice. The owner is down to earth! He makes it a point to check on customers and their are satisfied with their meal.Over all, is it officially our favorite Sushi place in Corona, maybe in the county too.PS. they are NOT like the other sushi place, where they make you give them a 5 star review for free edamame or coke. Yeah, i’m throwing shade to the other places that do that.“
“My fiancé and I came here to celebrate Valentine's Day (weeks after the 14th, of course, because we're not crazy enough to go out ON Valentine's Day! ?). We were able to be seated right away on a Saturday Evening, but the building was far from empty, this was absolutely the place to be and we're so glad we got in!Jun was our server. He did a great job making recommendations, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and our water glasses were never empty. We had the lamb, cocktails, and several sushi rolls I forgot to take photos of because they were SO delicious! I had the El Norco and it was FIRE in every way - flavor, presentation, and spiciness.I would definitely recommend the lychee martini and the cactus flower for drinks! This is definitely going to become a new date spot for us!Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options like avocado/veggies rolls, but I did not see anything out of the ordinary that a sushi restaurant wouldn't normally carry.“
“I'm honestly too lazy to write a full review (sorry) since I just conveniently stopped here after a long road trip but trust when I say this place is really good for ayce. I've tried so many places in OC/LA/Vegas and this one managed to kick my previous #1 place from its spot. I would make the drive out to eat here again. Highlights: Salmon Skin HR, Crispy Rice, Tuna Nigiri“
“This review is long over due... I've been coming to Tokai Sushi for about 3 years or more now... their service has always been great. They are always welcoming and very tentative. From the moment you walk-in to the moment you leave, you will always feel welcomed. The room is always clean and never any fishy smell the music is light so you're able to converse. This place needs more recognition.. I've been to others in the area but something always brings me back to Tokai.... The Freshness and Love put into every dish. I've tried just about everything they have and I can honestly say nothing has ever missed. Keep it up. Wishing you the best of luck!“
“This is a quaint Ramen / sushi spot, located in the busy shopping Center of the Corona Hills Plaza. It's a decent size for a quick lunch or dinner. The chicken ramen I had was pretty good flavor wise. I just wish it came with more vegetables but overall it was a good first time there. Definitely would go back and would recommend it.“
“I’ve gone twice now so I know for sure, great AYCE sushi. The special is a little bit more expensive but totally worth the extras, sashimi, toro, + more! The children’s pricing is more reasonable than anywhere else I’ve been too.Kid-friendliness: Good pricing for kids AYCE“
“Hands down the best sushi place in Corona . I have been coming here for almost 10 years and the people that own this place are very lovely people and are very patient and kind. The service here is fast and you can call in orders for pickup as well .“
“Amazing quality, good portions, at a fair price. Restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating. The ahi was so fresh it disappeared before I could take a picture. My daughter's loved it as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving FRESH POKE!Kid-friendliness: That owners were very nice to my daughters.“
“Our server was fantastic. He was attentive, and super nice. The food was also delicious ? The coconut shrimp, crab seafood delight, mussels, and Mongolian grill was my favorite. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of what the cream cheese wontons. They were a little hard to chew. Other then that everything was phenomenal. I will be coming back! ☺️“
“This place is not bad at all the sushi is good and we were able to sit at the sushi bar. Very nice after covid closed all the sushi bars. They have a great buy one get one free special that's awesome too! Not to mention the drink specials. We will go back for sure.“
“Sushi chef was on point and the food was fresh. Front counter no one attended us so we walked to sushi bar servers didn't take our order right. But the sushi chef was great. Hibachi chefs standing around out back visible being rude outloud. Restroom needed some basic toilet essentials.Kid-friendliness: Great for family dinnersWheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap spots out front parking lot can get full small spaces upper and lower section. Upper section not good for handicap parking.“
“They quickly took us in, the chef effort & results are clearly demonstrated in both his cooking and entertainment. When my friend forgot to mention her dietary restriction. They quickly changed all the plates and ingredients after they brought them out, much appreciated“
“What's the best food? I really enjoy the beef oh my goodness I can hear the cows When I was chewing, the meat sold delicious. They were saying, are you enjoying me? I said yes, thank you for your sacrifice. Good place though guys check it out ladies and “
“My local secret spot. If I care about you, I'll share that this has been my favorite spot to eat sushi for the past 2 years. Great quality of fish, sashimi melts in your mouth, and great chef specials available! My favorite is a Toro plate with caviar the chef puts together. It is absolutely the best thing, and I usually get it every time. The flavors are insane, and it is a bit pricey, but it's completely worth it. The presentation is sometimes different, but flavor is always great. Lobster roll is another great option!Parking: Large shared parking lot, free and lots of spots available.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, and my son loves this spot. He loves his Tera box! He requested it last year for his birthday dinner.“
