“Everything is good. Their sushi is superb and the hamachi kama is soooo delicious, we ordered another one because my brother in law Jim devoured it. He don’t really eat fish, but when he tasted the hamachi kama , he said it’s the best tasting grilled fish. We’re from Arizona, but my sister in law and her husband is just 5 miles away from this sushi restaurant. We’re the one who introduced this place to them . Be mindful of their schedule for lunch as they open for only three hours from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.“

Got a 2 protein poke bowl with 2 scoops of salmon. I asked for half rice and half salad, but wow there's a LOT of rice. My brother didn't mind since he likes rice, but I was a bit peeved. (EDIT: Oh, also the poke bowl is drowned in sauce. My brother loves eel sauce so he was glad, but just letting other customers know!)

== SERVICE ==
The staff behind the counter was nice and was patient with me while I was asking my brother for the toppings and sauces that he wanted in his poke bowl. Sorry I took so long, at least there was no one in the store!

J Sushi knows how to do it right. We stopped in for lunch when we got to California and it was so good we came back the next day. We tried a few rolls, nigiri, udon, and some of their fried options. Everything came out fast, fresh, and full of flavor. Clean, balanced, and delicious from start to finish.

I found that this Sushi restaurant was one of those I would visit again. You know what sets it apart. Is the sushi guys at the sushi bar that welcome you in and make sure to say goodbye on your way out. Not only is there a great greeting, but the service is great too. Even though they are small they pumped out the orders with great speed and finesse. Also, they have very unique sushi rolls that I haven’t seen at most sushi bars. As a sushi enthusiast, it fabulous to find new rolls to try and of course stick with the occasional favorites. The selection of the menu are huge. So so many dishes you can ordered, from fresh sushi, baked or fried, alos have ramen , udon and just so many many options. Even have bento box and rice bowls.
