“The food was nice. I always go there around afternoon and sometimes the food left over or I pick up take to go., they just Give me a looks like a very cheap Plastic bag and they don’t give me a nice paper bag. I saw they give Other customers its a black paper bag , but give me just a cheapest plastic one, The tip I always give 15% or 18% even I pick up to go still give 15% tip just don’t understand How can treat customer difference.“

“My 1st time at Wazabi, despite living in Orange for 25 years. Holy cow, was the food delicious and service friendly and prompt. We were a party of 5 and waited less than 10 minutes. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was wonderful. My son & I ordered the chicken katsu combos & the chicken was so crispy, moist and tasty. As a group, we also ordered specialty rolls and salads. We will most definitely return.“

“Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel. It will definitely be our first stop whenever we’re back in the LA area and have a little downtime from our business. Amazing food, consistent quality, and wonderful service. I highly recommend it! “Legitimately the best omakase in orange county.. everything is seasoned perfectly, don’t need any extra soy sauce. I could eat the rice by itself it’s that good. Chefs and staff are awesome with service, and everything is priced fairly. The chef gave me a mini version of the dishes hehe so cute!!“

“Recently came here for an early dinner after seeing it on social media & we were plesantly surprised. for one, they now have AYCE sushi on the menu, regular price menu comes with sashimi & shabu hot pot - which was neat.

tons of rolls to choose from & i love that it comes mostly in 4, meaning you can try plenty of different ones. They also have a good amount of fried items too!

“One of the things I love most about Sushi Boom is how accommodating they are. I don’t eat raw fish, and they’re always happy to make me a hand roll with cooked salmon. I’ve asked for this at other sushi restaurants before and have always been told no, so I really appreciate their willingness to customize my order. Great service and delicious food. It’s the only sushi restaurant I go to 😊“

“Oh man where to begin! This place is a hidden gem that I was recently taken to. Ever since going my first time about a month ago, I’ve been back 5 times! The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. The yellowtail and salmon nigiri are just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything here—the fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and each roll and nigiri is so unique in its own way and flavor profile. They are also incredibly generous with portion size and price! We love sitting at the bar because it makes the experience so much better!

Apart from the food, what also keeps me keeping back is the amazing hospitality and service! Whenever we walk in, we are greeted by the entire staff—the sushi chefs, hosts, and servers. The staff take great pride in ensuring that guests are taken care of, and they genuinely enjoy getting to know their guests on a personal and grounded level. A special mention to Torrance, Jay, and Robbin (The sushi chefs) who consistently put out amazing nigiri and rolls for us! Another mention to Debbie and Diana, who are so incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable—providing the best service in town!“

The food is phenomenal, just the right levels of flavor and spice and clearly crafted lovingly by an artist. Seems to be a small family owned restaurant and the cashier is friendly after a few visits.“

The rolls tasted good, but the meat in the ramen was just so-so and didn’t taste very fresh“

“They have really upped their game at this location. The guy at the register was so kind and professional. And when he served us our food he gave us full service including checking up on us while we were eating and offering us extra sauce. The rice and chicken were tasty and so were the veggies. We did the 2 bowls for $25 which included 1 drink.“

“The chicken gyoza are delicous! I wanted to try some for me and then I went back for some more for the table! The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5-stars! This restaurant is located in the food court, so there is plenty of seating throughout the food court, although the closest tables to the restaurant are the most preferred. Check this out!“
