Heemo 1 Katella offers GREAT food with big portions, fresh ingredients, and a good variety on sushi. The rolls are absolutely delicious, including the Spicy Rainbow, Forest, Green Monster, and Golden Tiger rolls. The lunch special is fantastic, and the miso and chicken fried rice are on point. Service is great with minimal wait; the team goes above and beyond for allergies. It is reasonably priced and SUPER fresh, though some rolls are cut weird with huge chunks. The bento got more expensive, and one salmon side is about $14/ea. Overall, it is the best sushi place in Orange atm with consistent good portion sizes and a clean fresh taste.
