We came here for a birthday. The atmosphere is really good and fun. Casual and the servers were friendly and helpful.For the birthday, they lowered the lights and sang (embarrassing for my oldest), and brought a lighted crown for them too.We enjoyed the dinner and the selection.

Pros:-The fish is good quality (You could eat just nigiri or sashimi and you wouldn't be disappointed)-Everything is flavorful-Diverse Menu-Good customer service. Everyone is your waiter. You need water, there's someone making sure you got it. Your food needs to be delivered, it gets there.-They put more fish than rice-It's a good amount for the cost!! My boyfriend and I are big people and eat alot. We are more than satisfied when we leave here.Cons-You'll walk away happy and wanting to come back the next day.-You'll spend a good amount of money because you want a bunch of rolls.
20 minute Waite take out .she took my order to The table 2 minutes later, she realized she went back to take it away, then wrapped it up and gave it to me. Of course, I did not take it after everyone else breathed on it

The restaurant's overall atmosphere was fantastic. We received a warm welcome from a gentleman, possible the manager or owner. We seated within five minutes. Our server was great, swiftly taking our drink orders and offering recommendations. The king salmon rolls, one of his suggestions, which I ordered. However, do be mindful they are large end of the spectrum for rolls. The sashimi was not like other places with thinner slices, here you get a generous portion of high-quality fish with a distinct flavor. The Caliente roll stood out for its taste, size, and savoriness a definite must-try, so much so that I almost forgot to snap a picture! While the scallops were enjoyable, especially if you prefer larger rolls, the overall dining experience was excellent, and I look forward to returning to tasting more of their food.

(disclaimer that I lived in Japan before, so my expectations are biased)This is a roll place, not a sushi place. Ordered from their premium sushi menu, but it was over sauced and didn't allow for any flavor of the fish to come through.Wait staff was not very friendly or attentive. I didn't go during peak so no excuses there. Atmosphere is a confusing blend of sushi bar, sports bar, and restaurant. However... I appreciate and applaud their presentation. They plated the dishes very nicely! So the food looked beautiful.

if you sign in & wait outside as they instruct, they will NOT call you & seat you. instead, they'll seat whoever else walks in & does NOT follow their instructions. the fish here tastes like refrigerator. their specialty items are not fresh. they have tamari, but they've never heard that word before so they lie that they don't have it ?if this place were cheap, it might be almost fair. but this place isn't cheap. everything at the cheapest sushi place in o.c. is better quality, & that's kaisen kaiten on santa ana at ½ the price ?p.s.: they play lame pop music (including country pop) here ?

Had an amazing time going there for my wife's birthday this past Saturday tgd 25th.My wife picked this place for her birthday because she has been a few tin the past and loves it. Im not a fan of sushi myself But they had awesome alternatives.I had the beef bowl and so did my oldest son and it was delicious and they gave very big portions on the beef.Then the happy Birthday extravaganza song was actually one of the coolest songs and visuals I've ever seen a restaurant do. And I had to have a taste of the birthday girl's dessertDELICIOUS ??
