“I’ve been going here for a decade and a half. It is my go to high quality and authentic sushi place since my college days. Ohshima is as good as you are going to get with Sushi. If you think you can get salmon anywhere else, ohshima offers something different. The cherry salmon they have is heavenly. What you cannot miss is the love orange clam and black cod sushi. I’ll always come back for more.“

“This place has quickly become one of our top sushi spots! We can't get enough of the hamachi toro, bluefin toro, and wagyu nigiri. Each bite is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. As for rolls, the Dragon and Waikiki are always a must, with a perfect balance of flavors and freshness.

“I actually eat at the Tustin location - this one doesn't have pineapple or jalapeño... I'm sure its good still, but those are my two toppings for poke.
They di have mango, whereas the Tustin location does not.

Please add pineapple and jalapeño to your menu!“

Had the chips and salsa to start with a side of refried beans which I recommend you order; a cold chelada, which is beer and lime juice, that hit the spot on that warm day. The only thing I would say was a miss was the margarita, a bit too sweet for me, fixed that by switching to the chelada.“

“This restaurant is so clean and the service is great! We came here tonight (Thursday night). Thought we were yhe only people dining in the restaurant, they had so much foot traffic for pick up orders.
Let me tell you, the food was DELICIOUS. The flavors were bold, on point, and authentic. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal,and so did my family. We even ordered 2 more dinner dishes for take out after our meal since we liked it so much.
Best part of all is that this restaurant is EXTREMELY affordable. If they keep their prices right where it's at, we will definitely be regulars here!!!

“Old classic American steakhouse. Bartenders are outstanding and pour a good drink not your standard 1 oz. . The Owners Jeff and Steve have greatly improved the place the last several years. I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F. I'm just another happy customer that has been coming in for years.“
