“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “I recently came to Oceans & Earth for one of my birthday dinners and had a really nice experience.

We were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation, but I did notice a sign outside stating that dinner is by reservation only, so I’d definitely recommend making one ahead of time rather than taking your chances like we did. 😅

For dinner, we ordered steak along with the mac & cheese and mushrooms for our sides. Everything was good, and neither of the sides disappointed. The mac & cheese was rich and comforting, while the mushrooms paired really well with the steak.

I didn’t order an alcoholic beverage this time, but I have to admit that some of the cocktails I saw coming from the bar looked pretty good! 🍸 Maybe next time.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with both traditional table seating and additional seating around the bar. Parking is also very convenient since Oceans & Earth is located in a larger shopping center with plenty of spaces available.

Overall, a good birthday dinner and a nice local option here in Yorba Linda. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, easy parking, and a menu that gives me a reason to come back and try a few more things. Just remember to make that dinner reservation! 😊“

“Fish tacos are amazing. Order the plate with beans and chips and order a side of guac! Salads, tacos and more. Delicious and healthy options. The service is good and a clean restaurant.“

“We enjoy coming to this restaurant whenever we are in the mood for dumplings. The food is good quality and is made fresh and quick. The chow mein dishes are very flavorful and the noodles have a good amount of chew. My favorite dumplings are the pan fried chicken dumplings. The meat is juicy and well seasoned.

The service is quick and efficient, but during peak dinner hours it sometimes can get pretty busy.“

She was super nice. Saw that I had my two kids with me and without asking gave me water cups. After we sat down she came and brought an extra bowl for my toddler and even took the little decorative plant with her so we could have more room. Like I said, the food is great but great food and customer service like this makes me very happy. Thank you!“
