“They had a shrimp taco special as you can see in one of these specials at the counter it was three tacos for like 12 something and I asked for them to be soft tacos and she said they don't soft tacos or five at the age of disappointed with that. So I took off one star. I feel switching the tortilla from a hard shell to a social shouldn't be a big deal but they wouldn't do it so I was disappointed. Other than that the shrimp tacos I ordered were a little disappointing only two little shrimps you need to talk when they were overstuffed which was nice but it was all full of the tomato salsa and stuffing as you can see in the other image you have to really search to find the shrimp which was not very good either specially for charging over $5 per Taco. I didn't pay for a salad I paid for a taco. My husband had the fish and chips and said they were okay I thought they were good but nothing great but they were at least better than Gordon's fish sticks. So I think next time we come back which we will return we will both get different dishes. Other than that the ambience is really nice as you can see from other pictures and the service was good the decor in seating were nice so it's a good place and they were rather full once we got there the Hardy able to find a sea but we did find a table for two. So I would recommend this place, I'll just be careful what I order next time and not order the same things. That said if I get disappointed one more time at the way the food comes out I probably would not be returning again.“

“I was really hyped about this place opening to add to the variety of Korean food around Chino Hills. Soonheene is very popular in South Korea which led me to add this place to my must try list of restaurants, they're known for their amazing street food and it didn't disappoint at all.

Staff were incredibly quick, attentive, and were very friendly in all aspects. Parking is plentiful, clean restroom, and a moderate amount of seating inside the restaurant. The interior is well maintained and just has good vibes when entering, there's also a TV on the wall that plays many variety shows to express just how popular this place is in South Korea.

1. We ordered their signature Tteokbokki and it comes in a decent amount of portions, a great shareable dish and very flavorful when it comes to the mix of sauce, rice cake, and fish cake. There's also a rose version which I also recommend. The Tteokbokki were savory and also not hard to crunch on, cooked perfectly and very enjoyable and addicting.

2. Another must try item is the Mayak Gimbap, comes in 8 pieces, another shareable dish. It's also very well made, with a mix of meat and vegetables, a decent appetizer to the main course.

3. The Oden Fish Cake Soup is also a classic street food signature dish to try. Highly recommend if you're a fan of fish cake, comes in a stick form which is a easy pick-me-up type food. Not too salty and is flavorful as well.

4. The Roasted Kimchi Pork Belly was the main dish we had as a shareable. I cannot fathom how well made this dish is made. The pork belly is super savory, chewy, and flavorful, mixes well with all the side garnishes and sauces.
Overall, Soonheene is definitely a good place for many occasions, dates, take out, and moderate size groups.

“Guy running the register tonight (don't think he had a name tag) was very helpful. The deal on the app said a free shrimp skewer with any meal. We got two meals and just one skewer. Not sure what happened but he added it no issue. Very good service and always good food.“

We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. “It was my daughter's birthday and the staff wich was a family. Took very good care of us food was great and they took pictures of us in these silly hats. Kind of like Royalty my daughter being the queen with her crown and us as pesantez. Had a blast.“

It is very different than asian sushi, this being said all the sushis I've had from this place have been AMAZING! Their servers are nice and polite. The food is very good, specially if you have had sushi or sea food from Culiacan. In their menu it references many places from Culiacan Sinaloa, which I think was pretty clever. Also, don't miss out on their micheladas and the horchata de coco. I definitely recommend this place.“

They have lots of Mexican oldies songs playing by Hombres G, Los Prisoneros, Raphael, etc.Atmosphere is very inviting with comfy booth seats and traditional Mexican paintings and decor.They have an extensive menu so you are guaranteed to find something for everyone.
